After a many hours and weeks of training and study, I can finally say that it works the way I imagined it would--and that never happens! I'm still in the final phase of implementation. So, if you want to know what it's like getting started, this is for you!

At first it's very overwhelming. The software does so much and getting up to speed on all of it is a massive undertaking. I wasn't prepared for the time investment. We're talking like a part time job for 6-8 weeks--conference calls, live webinars and pre-recorded lessons. It's worth it, but get ready to devote significant resources to it.

Viridian Sciences will really help with tracking, and optimizing your workflow. It's amazing to have everything in one place. You can get a high level view or your business processes or you can dig down into the details. The time and effort required for set up is considerable. But afterward, every part of the business is integrated which allows for insights that aren't available with other systems. It really gives an edge.

I'll be using it to solve every problem. It's like the central nervous system to the business--accounting, inventory, warehouse management, hr, you name it and Viridian is the back bone of it. It's great having it all in one piece of software, granted there are a lot of moving parts, but they all communicate seamlessly. If you've every tried to get one piece of software, say Quickbooks, to integrate with another software, you know what I'm talking about. It works sometimes and sometimes it doesn't. But with Viridian the right hand knows what the left hand is doing and they're coordinated!
