A top feature of viRecruit is the ability to customize with ease. You can tweak and mold the system to fit any quirks of your organization. Reporting capabilities are bar none and client service is the best.

It takes some time to learn just how much the system can do. Reporting is above and beyond, but can be tricky with so many options.

In addition to keeping track of applicants, we can report on many different areas of hiring. This gives us data to back up - or rethink - our approach to recruiting and hiring.

One of the things that I appreciate the most is vi's support of their various modules. We currently use work allocation, recruit, and performance management. The client service is way above what I've experienced with competitors.

The out of the box reporting capability isn't as user -friendly as some other applications that I've used. I anticipate some upgrades with the Wave version. Also, our client service rep is great at helping us with generating these.

We are still fine-tuning the application for all of our needs, but one issue that has already been resolved has been the ability to quickly find a candidates that are in process.

The user interface is nice. It's easy to find what you're looking for, and everything is set up in a way that makes it intuitive

The configuration page could be setup better. Sometimes the categories don't make sense so i end up having to read the whole page to find what I'm looking for

No dislikes to mention. Our firm has been using viRecruit for many years!

viRecruit is the best legal recruiting software on the market. Their application specialists help customize the software for your needs and are always very responsive with quesitons.

It would be helpful if viRecruit could talk with our internal intranet and information share between the two. As well as giving us more dashboard options.

Downloading into recruit from the portal is very easy. Sending out emails works well.

One central location for all recruiting efforts. It's helped with overall recruiting organization. Great customer service; Ashley Chou is responsive and knowledgeable.

After 15 years of testing out and using applicant tracking systems, viRecruit is by far one of the best products available for law firms or professional services firms. It is highly configurable to meet all of the idiosyncrasies of an organization and is fully brandable. Its reporting capabilities are immense. Its data is exportable into Tabluea or other visual dashboard aids. It is a full-cycle system with multiple modules that you can buy/use individually or all together. The staff at vi are highly knowledgeable and on numerous occasions have developed custom solutions for my clients - very creative.

This product is complicated for new clients to set up because of its incredible configurability. Client-Users have a hard time envisioning how all of the pieces fit together until they get into the system and start using it. As such, a 2 phase implementation is better for this product which may be slightly more expensive and time-consuming but worth it in the long run so that the organization has exactly what it wants. This is not an out of the box product. Client -Users require extensive training to get the most value out of this product. Note also that this product has some limitations for European recruiting.

My clients hire me to configure systems that use their language, their process, and their brand. They also want systems that produce actionable data, and accurate data, and are accessible on the cloud. One of the best things about this product is that you can purchase one module but use it for multiple projects simply depending on how you configure it.

ViRecruit is an excellent piece of software to help keep track of a countless number of people. It allows you to provide detailed information regarding each individual; information that you can come back to using just one word.

Some emails that are sent out using viRecruit end up in people's spam folders. Therefore, sometimes people do not receive emails in a timely fashion.
