ViralKit is straight forward and easy to setup. It takes approxmately 5-10 minutes to setup a contest from scratch. There is little to no learning curve. ViralKit also has a few features unavailable with other products or at subtantial higher costs with other products. Support is efficient and resolves any issues in a timely manner.

The tool is great. There is no downside.
