Customer service and onboarding were great. Setting up a campaign was easy, and integrating the campaign on our site was easy.

Not sure if this is a dislike but unsure what some of the features do. I use it for its core features.

Referral marketing.

Viral Loops makes it incredibly easy to launch referral and viral marketing campaigns. The platform provides pre-built templates for different use cases, such as giveaways, milestone rewards, and leaderboards, which save a lot of time. The integration with tools like Shopify and email marketing platforms is seamless, and the analytics dashboard is intuitive, helping us track campaign performance in real time. The customer support team is also very responsive and helpful.

While the platform is user-friendly, some advanced customization options require technical knowledge or coding. Additionally, the pricing might feel a bit high for smaller businesses or startups with limited budgets.

Viral Loops has helped us create highly engaging referral marketing campaigns that drive word-of-mouth growth and increase customer acquisition. Viral Loops' ease of use, implementation and integration is fantastic. In addition to the product, Viral Loops customer support is superb! Specifically Thanos Priftis in Customer Success & Operations. Thanos' expertise is excellent and his care for the client goes far beyond expectations. Thanos was able to quickly and efficiently address our issue. Thanos also followed up with us to offer help and insights to Viral Loops newest features that were specifically relevant to us. Really enjoyed working with Thanos!

Removing standard referral forms with no gamification or rewards

As a prelaunch application, Viral Loops has been fantastic and I highly recommend it to other startups trying to build a proof of concept / proof of consumer interest. The VL team has made edits to the widgets easy even for non-technical users. As we needed to quickly adapt our messaging to target new audience subgroups, this flexibility was important.

I have not yet experienced any issues that would make me concerned about dislikes of the product.

We are a startup that focuses on private industry sales, therefore we do not rely on traditional public marketing. VL is our only marketing vehicle beyond partner internal company newsletters to invite their employees to use our service.

Quick, simple and easy to set up and update.

One template autopopulated and we sent something out without the proper branding. Not the end of the world but a flaw in anotherwise intuitive system.

Viral Loops is spot on for what we needed. The tracking is super reliable, and the HubSpot integration is seamless, which made everything flow nicely. We got a campaign up and running within the first couple of days of signing up, and it worked like a charm. No messing around - just solid tech that does what it’s supposed to.

The setup wasn’t hard from a tech perspective, but figuring out the right referral campaign to start with took a bit of trial and error. To be fair, they offer a free onboarding session, which we skipped - but looking back, we probably should’ve taken them up on it. A bit more in-platform guidance on picking the best campaign type would’ve been handy.

Viral Loops makes it easy to track referrals across multiple campaigns for different products and services while automating rewards for both the referrer and the invitee. Instead of manually managing referral data and payouts, everything is handled seamlessly, saving us time and ensuring accuracy.
