The customer service is efficient. It enables users to create features without having to make fewer mistakes.

The testing option can be improved since it is very restrictive, more tutorials for advanced problems can be useful. In addition, the software, especially the progressive report portion, is best for me. All is well, it takes time to install it. It takes time.

Look and Feel about this product really awesome. This Vienna Base module itself satisfied the small industry. Not much customisation required. INBUILD BI TOOL available. All types of MIS reports are easy to achieve. Cost wise less when I compare to other products. Easy integration and migration can be achieved.

Installation required with .exe file so that easy to install with single click that will be more better.
