The advantages of using Viedoc are that the platform is very user-friendly, you don't need to have any prior knowledge of Viedoc as there are comprehensive training resources available that are very well designed and easy to follow. Building forms and creating workflows is intuitive and simple, but also due to the possibility of using java script, a lot of advanced customizations can be done.

Something I don't like regarding Viedoc is the roles system because it seems a bit complicated but I am new to this whole process so maybe it is just the matter of adjustment

My experience with Viedoc has been excellent. The database is very customizable and has been able to meet the needs of each of our studies. I am most impressed by the usability of the ePRO system and the extremely high compliance that we have been able to reach using the platform. Customer Support has been excellent with quick turnarounds and response time.

I would love to see an upgraded eTMF system and the integration of eConsent. I know these things are in the works and hope we can utilize them in the future.

We use it as the database for our study and for the eTMF feature. The eTMF is also used for Informed Consent monitoring.

I like the friendly front-end of the EDC, the ability to copy and paste questions, and that the design phase is set on a clear way to get with a strong EDC. Additionally, I like that the design, integration, and implementation are easy and that it can be exported to agillitate design creation. Extra point: Support is very responsive, and they already seek to provide you with the best solution.

That sharing the same study in Trainign and Production is not recommended. I also dislike that the desault view is the Cards view instead of the List view

The capability to build a simple and complete EDC, with clear guidance on the process.

Viedoc is UI friendly EDC and if I face any problem customer support will imediately rectify that.

Autosave is not available, so that many of the time data will be lost.

Nothing is to dislike as such. Screen log in time can be extended.

If anything is raised to support team, it will be considered and updated as soon as possible, if it is really required.

Viedoc is very user friendly interface, easy to understand and navigate through. Becasue of this the time taken to train for the EDC is minimal to become proficient. It offers customizable study workflow and tailoring it according to trial specification is easy. Good query management feature which maintains data accuracy. Integration feature is seamless. Customer support is responsive.

The logged in time for viedoc is less, it should be updated to atleast 30min when left ideal. Complex conditional logic or implementation of dynamic form is not easy when compared to other advanced EDCs. It is not very cost effictive for smaller organization or small budget studies.

As a developer, the viedoc have lot of functionality that makes our job easy. It is user friendly as well as easily customizable based on the customers requriement.

Viedoc is easy for basic implementation and also capable to handle lot of customer requriement for the Clinical Trials.

At last, Viedoc team (support team) helps a lot if there is any updates or bug is identified during critical times.

As a developer, there are few things that can be updated to make job more convieneint. We can discuss about the updates that can be done in the revision version of any version, since it is limited to some minor updates.

I have worked in development on several EDCs however, viedoc is the most user friendly and can handle much complicated functionalities without much hassle from the developer's POV.

Limitations with respect to the developing complex study design as compared to other EDCs and handling eSAE reports.

I find viedoc the most efficient and user friendly to work as a developer. It is easier to meet timelines without much hassle during development. Also , the system gets regular updates that fixes any known issues for further ease of users.
