The onboarding and support team are fantastic. We are a super busy team and having Katarina as our success manager made such a difference in getting us up and running with ease.

Would love the opportunity to update video covers that do not change unless you interact with the videos so that you can keep better bran aesthetics

We needed shoppable videos and now that we have them customers love it.

How easy it is to use and implement. The platform feels very intuitive, and everything from uploading videos to tracking their performance is straightforward. Plus, the onboarding support was excellent — both Chase and Katarina made the process super smooth and fast.

So far, nothing major. There’s a small learning curve with some features, but the support team is always quick to help and guide us through anything.

We had a lot of great video content that simply wasn’t being showcased on our site. Videowise helped us bring that content to the forefront, integrating it in a way that feels natural and enhances the shopping experience.

Videowise is super easy to use and integrate with a Shopify store. It's allowed us to really leverage our UGC on the site and has made a big impact on our customer experience. Each staff member we've worked with (Stela, Katarina, among many others) has been very receptive to feedback and beyond helpful in getting everything set up. They quickly address any concerns and actively work with us to tailor the platform to best meet our needs. Constant new features and fantastic support make this platform the best addition to our site.

The library can be a little overwhelming and disorganized if you have a lot of content, but pain points are addressed quickly and improved upon as needed.

We have a vast library of UGC from customers and content creators that Videowise allows us to expose on the site to improve the customer experience, while also increasing conversion rate and AOV.

This platform gives a more well-rounded experience for our customers. Not only do they have photos and a description, but they have short video clips to help them better understand and see how our products work. The backend is easy to use, super intuitive. They have various widgets and placements - making it easy for wherever you want the content to be on your site. AND it's optimized well so it doesn't slow the site down with all the vids! Customer support is phenomenal. I can reach out to Johanna whenever and she's always got us covered.

I haven't found a dislike yet! Any issues we've encountered have been fixed.

This gives our customers a well-rounded look at our products, as well as shows them what other customers think.

In just the few months that I've been working with Videowise there have been two things that stand out to me: their tool is incredibly powerful and intuitive; they have some of the best account reps I've ever had with a vendor. With our plan we have access to their Slack channel where we have a direct line to our account rep and they are ALWAYS on top of things and looking for way to help us leverage their service. I'm bias, but if you have an option, ask for Katarina, she's been a standout. I don't think we would be where we are with this tool if it wasn't for her assisting us. She checks in almost weekly and regularly has suggestions or advice on ways to best use the platform. As a customer, especially one on a small team, I can't stress how helpful it is to have an account rep actively working with us.

The only real negative I can think of isn't really on Videowise—we're on a small team so we have limited bandwidth. I know for sure we are barely scratching the surface of what we can do with Videowise. Little by little we'll get there.
