With the help of VidCruiter, I was able to successfully run 7 processes in 2 years. Using VidCruiter has improved the quality of our processes significantly. The tools they provide allow us to easily track and assess each candidate. It’s very easy to go from one phase to another and back again. Searching for candidate files is very easy and takes but seconds.
We are now able to process large collective processes within 5 months (from the time screening starts to the pool being established – incl. testing and interviews). Being able to shorten the timeframe without it affecting the quality in a negative way, has allowed us to do more in less time.
The VidCruiter team that was assigned to us has been wonderful since day 1. They are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and quick to respond. The best part is that we have been working with the same team for over 2 years! This gave us an opportunity to build a strong working relationship. Our assigned VidCruiter team is also very engaged. They hold meetings with various shareholders within our department so we can get together and learn from each other. They don’t just provide advice, guidance and suggestions to us, they also listen to our suggestions. When we have a good suggestion, they always look into implementing it.
The VidCruiter help desk is also extremely helpful. My team contacts then on a regular basis with various questions. They help to resolve quick issues and they also aid in guiding when we are unsure on how to complete various tasks. They always answer within 5 minutes, and they are always very knowledgeable and helpful. They are also very helpful with our clients. Our clients can also contact them anytime and they get a response within minutes.
Overall, I am very pleased with VidCruiter and cannot imagine running processes without them. They have made my job significantly easier.

Time savings. Prior to using VidCruiter, processes would take us a year or more. Now, we are running processes within 5 months. Not only are we only taking 5 months, but we are running more than 1 process at a time.

This platform is very easy to navigate. Very simple to learn.
Auto emails going into junk mail! But that is not any fault of this product. I would like an email when an applicant's reference is totally completed.
The benefits is that it has saved so much time by not having to physically call, email references. It has lightened my work load immensely.
