Their community help forum has some comments and responses that are outdated now that there have been revisions.
This is a great software program with many functions and great technical support.
We don't have to have server upgrades and maintenance. We can access records offsite (home, house calls)

It’s extremely user friendly. Even with training those who aren’t tech savvy, or new to the veterinary field.

Vetter is very easy to use, very user-friendly. It makes our jobs much easier, as we're able to review and complete medical records from home - therefore reducing time spent in the office.
It clearly was not created by a veterinary professional. There are certain features that are missing - like a schedule that auto-refreshes, or the ability to see the pet's weight on every page.
Ask for access to the trial software. Use it for an hour or two. You'll find that it is so simple and easy to learn!
The ability to work from home is huge!
That everything transferred over from our old software. Like that we can fix prices on our own. Also tech support is very helpful.

I like that you can set tasks for people to do. It helps with continuity of care and follow ups. It works much better than having a note board or paper messages that get lost and don't have any kind of reminders.
I don't like that you have to log in all the time. It times out too quickly. There should be some type of a quick access multi-user option.
