User-friendly and easy navigation on the tool. It has an excellent and mature system and very good dashboards. This is a very comprehensive solution.

I honestly don't know how we would have coped without Vestd. They helped with our EMI shares as well as 2 funding rounds. Ben Rogers was really helpful with some recent issues. Highly recommend!

There is nothing I dislike about Vestd. They are fabulous

Vestd have solved several problems. They "held my hand" during the EMI process and were always willing to help when we made mistakes or needed an extra hand. They go above & beyond. Ben Rogers was excellent.

Its fair to say that we were a difficult client, with a complicated share capital structure (5 classes of share) and very particular requirements that needed addressing quickly. We wanted to use Vestd for company secretarial services and Companies House integration as well as for setting up and administering a share option scheme. Other platforms that we looked at told us they could not help. Vestd deployed its development team to amend the platform to accomodate our needs, without fuss or charging us more. The onboarding, investment and valuation teams (special thanks to James Schembri, Leo Freschini and Ashley Chambers) were incredibly responsive and attentive. It was great to work with a SaaS product that is willing and able to update and improve its software in a quick and agile manner and provide such personalised support. Thank you Vestd.

Nothing springs to mind at the moment, the plafrorm does what it sets out to do, and provided that Vestd keep adding functionality and refinements, it will be a leader in its field.

Some things cannot be updated myself without Vestd approval (though this could be a good thing - keeps me from accidentally messing things up). Also, our Articles of Association were previously filed with a different company, and because of this, Vestd is not allowed to look at my Articles to confirm that I'm not doing something wrong. (I understand it would be a significant undertaking when I didn't use Vestd for this, but just thinking of if I could ask for anything, regardless of whether it's reasonable.)
