here's software that actually gives me and my team insights into conversations we've had with partners and with prospects. super useful

What do you dislike about Versational?

wouldn't say dislike exactly: they're adding new features at a very fast pace, so I spend a couple minutes looking around each week to make sure I'm seeing the latest goodies

What problems is Versational solving and how is that benefiting you?

it really took me a long time to zero in on the most important points from a conversation - both to put into my CRM as well as to share more immediately with my team. The 'Insights' that Versational pulls together - kind of gets right to the heart of it and saves me and my team a lot of time, plus tells us where to concentrate for next steps

What do you like best about Versational?

Using Versational for sales calls allows us to share direct buyer feedback with our engineers and product managers in a way that no other tool can match. It helps our product team and designers appreciate why customers want certain features and supports our business case. Versational is a key part of how we’re able to execute on one of our highest priorities at our company— high value MVPs and product market fit.

It would be more convenient if I could log in automatically

Fantastic tool for reducing your sales cycle and lifting up the performance of your sales teams. Turn follow up meetings into kick-off meetings. This gets you to the finish line faster.

What problems is Versational solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am using this for coaching purposes, confirming the quality of our sales calls. It save me hours of review time listening to calls, where I can highlight key takeaways for my sales rep. I also like how I can create playlists of the best sales calls for my team to follow. It's definitely helping improve our sales pitches across our entire team. The AI is great for identifying my clients pain points and buyer signals. I've never seen this in any other tool and we've tested many.

What do you like best about Versational?

Makes everything easier, simpler, and faster. It was a pleasure to both work with them and use their app.

What do you dislike about Versational?

Basically nothing, the app is still developing, and the amount of effort the developer team is showing is impressive.

Basically the boring process of analyzing a meeting is now a lot easier and faster.

What do you like best about Versational?

The AI notes make dispersing meeting minutes to my team so easy.

What do you dislike about Versational?

There is nothing specific that I dislike about the product.

What problems is Versational solving and how is that benefiting you?

Someone either would have to take notes during the meeting while I was running it, or I would have to try and remember what was said after the call. With Versational, notes are done for me and I never have to worry about forgetting something we talked about.

What do you like best about Versational?

I can't narrow it to one- so I won't. For starters, in the interactions that I've had with the creators of this tool, I can tell that they have a passion for understanding people and for positively impacting businesses that are doing good work in the world. My favorite part about this tool is the way that it allows you to see the "sentiment" behind what is being said. It is super powerful to be able to see where a call has emotional highs and lows and also to be able to see whether the ideal sequence of a call structure (for sales convos) was followed or not. I also see other uses available for this technology.

What do you dislike about Versational?

This is a new technology tool, as of January 2022 and so there are bugs to be expected. I've been pleased with how receptive the dev team has been to user feedback and the changes that they've since implemented with update releases.

Recommendations to others considering Versational:

I truly believe that this tool can help people better understand the story behind the data that is hidden in each conversation. Versational is an incredibly powerful tool that holds insights to conversations that you would be unable to gain in any other way. The ability to analyze emotion, intent, and tone in a conversation holds so much potential benefit to organizations regardless of their industry. The use of this tool could range from sales calls to coaching conversations, even to larger-scale multi-attendee events. With my background in Human Resources, Sales, Marketing and now Business Coaching, I see an unlimited amount of potential ways this technology could be leveraged. I can not wait for others to unlock the power hidden within the conversations they are having.

What problems is Versational solving and how is that benefiting you?

Transcribing and analyzing calls. The sentiment feature of the analytics is particularly valuable to me and the ability to search recordings for certain keywords.

What do you like best about Versational?

Versational provides amazing summaries and takeaways. The AI extracts exactly what I need for recorded meetings so I can follow up on tasks and spend my time doing what I do best.

What do you dislike about Versational?

Nothing - this is a great company and doing amazing things for how young they are so I expect the features are going to only continuing improving over time and deliver even greater value.

Recommendations to others considering Versational:

Just try it - the trial is easy to get started and if you don't start using it right away there is no risk and if you find it is helpful to your workflow, the cost is minimal.

What problems is Versational solving and how is that benefiting you?

I love this product for helping to build a voice of customer from recording highlights. Its one thing to do this from notes on the fly but this leverages AI to offer up to me great case studies and customer testimonials. This enables me to stay focused on the conversation and learn even more instead of just taking notes. The results are better tuned sales conversation context for the marketing teams. Its generally just an easier and faster way to get live customer voice feedback

What do you like best about Versational?

We've been an Otter.ai customer for some time and Versational.ai has more interesting features and a better roadmap.

Amazing summaries and takeaways.

AI extracts what you need for recorded meetings.

Records meeting highlights for fast follow up.

Incredibly fast and accurate meeting notes.

Helps me listen and respond better in meetings.

Love the meeting highlights I can share with others.

What do you dislike about Versational?

Nothing at the moment. They keep adding features so it's an Agile shop and we like that!

It gives our sales managers excellent insights so we don't have to micromanage. We know what customer accounts are at risk.

"From total recall to team briefings"
What do you like best about Versational?

It was easy to categorize customer comments as I reviewed a recorded meeting. After confirming insights created by the AI engine, I tagged some great feedback to our demo. The simple summary will help me show others on the team what happened in the meeting using the voice of the customer. After a career of working to get meetings and redoubling the effort to prepare others for the next step in the sales process, I appreciate the productivity this will bring. It's a game-changer.

What do you dislike about Versational?

I'll need to get in the habit of renaming Zoom recordings as I download them. It's easy enough to rename recordings in Versational, but I'm sure there will be days I upload more than one recording.

What problems is Versational solving and how is that benefiting you?

My sales process can be years long and sales teammates come and go. But the buyers' issues hold firm. After uploading a recording from months ago, I feel like I was in the room yesterday. Rather than waste weeks repeating questions, it will help me to brief others and drive a targeted message to the identified needs that are still unmet now that the buyer has recovered from the pandemic.

What do you like best about Versational?

I started using this a few weeks ago on my recorded zoom sales calls. The process is pretty simple, it just requires you to upload your recording using drag and drop. A few minutes later the conversation is transcribed, and the AI identifies all kinds of stuff, like Buyer Signals, Pain Points, and Key Takeaways. These are called Gems. Each Gem links directly to the part in the recording where it was identified.

Ive been able to go through past meetings and identify what was important to my client, and my best opportunities to close them.

Using this info, I follow up with some pointed emails, and so far, I have closed new business much quicker, with fewer meetings.

It quickly identifies key signals so I can deliver proposals that are right on the mark. It's been extreamly helpful so far!

What do you dislike about Versational?

Sometimes it picks up items I dont see as valuable, but I think the algorithm learns quickly. Hasnt failed on me once during meetings so so far so good! It'd be great if it could rank valuable keypoints.

What problems is Versational solving and how is that benefiting you?

This has helped summarize key items in each of my meetings and refer back to important information quickly so that it saves a lot of time between calls and notes.

What do you like best about Versational?

Terrific transcript accuracy. I like how I can track on topics that are important to me in my medical business. I can track pricing and order trends over time in my business. I am able to do this over hundreds of conversations. This is priceless. I can't get this from my CRM without a lot of manual data entry. Real quick learning curve and easy to use.

What do you dislike about Versational?

I like to have this integrated with Zoho.

Recommendations to others considering Versational:

I looked at Otter.AI, Fireflies, Avoma, this is by far the best value for your time and money.

What problems is Versational solving and how is that benefiting you?

Improving my sales efficiency and tracking of order types. This total recall for all my orders and discussions without having to take copious notes. Goodbye typing and editing!
