It was a seamless integration as we were already Verizon consumer customers. It wasn't hard to learn as the similarities were there.

I wish we could add more group messaging.

It was easy to get multiple people on the platform at once.

The messaging service allows us to send messages to everyone in the group to alert them of timely information (such as our campus closing)

It would be nice if we could implement other communication forms through messaging - such as sending a message through Verizon Business Messaging also updating our social media accounts, for example.

We use VBM to let our group members know of snow days, delays, and other important notifications.

In Verizon Business Messaging, I like AOL and MSN IM. Additional thing that I like about Verizon is that one can stay connected on different places anytime, it is very good for the people who use to travel a lot as it provides you uninterrupted connectivity.

The major disadvantage is that it is expensive in cost. For sending MMS it consumes lot of data that could also be costly.

I would strongly recommend Verizon Business Messagenig to everyone.

Using Verizon Business Messaging I can stay connected with my clients doesn't matter whether I am travelling or roaming. This is one of the major benefit I have.

Really sold way to connect people in businss. Another source, messaging, connecting that a company can use or offer to it's employees. great for verizon users - you can sync, share, send messages, anywhere you are. Push to talk plus and the cold chain.

Great way to communicate internally and externally in the office. Great for remote employees and getting communication points out to employees across the globe. Definitely recommend and although we have not used their support team yet, verizon has known to have good support.

I love the ability to sent sms messages to clients or customers using local presence or a number of your choice. It is quicker than emailing or calling and my clients love it.

There honestly is not much i have as far as dislikes go. Continue doing what you are doing and making your product the best it can be!

We are solving alot of communication problems with business messaging. Being able to contact customers that are not inclined to pick up the phone but will send a message.
