I don't see any downside to using Vendisys in any way. It is reasonably priced and the customers just show up in my mailbox every week.

Filing the pipeline with multiple sources of leads is the most difficult part of my job, Vendisys gives me a source of leads that doesn't require any work on my part. It's a simply amazing artificial intelligence.

There are many upsides to using Vendisys - taking the manual labor from prospecting gives us other areas to focus our efforts while the bot is doing the work. We are able to have many different campaigns live at once so we are able to touch more prospects. Also they deliver PALs that turn into revenue. We have long sales cycles so it is nice to have the bot doing a lot of the nurturing for us. Nick, AVP Sales at Vendisys, is always helpful anytime we have questions or need guidance.

The only thing I would say we dislike is sometimes the bot routes the emails to prospects out of the US which is our target area. I know this is something they are improving as well.

The problems we are solving with Vendisys is building more brand name awareness while putting us in front of excellent prospects. The benefits we have realized is the bot is able to do more work simultaneously than a team of BDRs.

The ability to craft appropriate messaging with the Vendisys team, and then have a hands-free approach to contacting potential clients was excellent. This has allowed us to focus valuable time and energy on growing other parts of our business, while still cultivating new leads for the future.

I have had no complaints about working with the Vendisys team.
