There isn't anything that I dislike about the Dial-IQ. It's really a great tool!
Speed-to-Lead, Call efficiency, being able to move from one call to the next, lead management, etc.
Intuitive. It is so easy to find notes and add notes to your leads.
I have been using Velocify for just over four months. I have yet to have any problems, other than a short period where we lost the ability to dial for a couple of hours. The Velocify team was able to resolve those issues, and we have not had any other service outages since then.
Other than the system outage over a month ago, it has been relatively easy to learn and become proficient at using Velocify.
Velocify gives you the ability to streamline distributions and contact strategy to most effectively communicate with prospects. It can be ties with SMS and Email Drip campaigns as well.
Velocify Blade could be bigger and provide a little more insight to the end user, you can enlarge the screen but if you have to edit the lead you have to leave the dialer and than come back in. Very small setback

This is the system that allows me to do my job. it has improved search functions that make it easy to locate files when someone dials in. And when receiving a call from a number that has a file associated with it already, the file is linked directly to the inbound call which is super handy. You can also dial out and leave actions without needing to fully open he file, which makes it simple to dial out and leave voicemails.

Dial-IQ is AWESOME for calling through outbound lists of prospects. It's also easy to design callflows, including IVRs, in Dial-IQ. My agents like working with it.
Dial-IQ reporting doesn't let me get the data I need for inbound call analytics, nor does it let me search and filter call data by information stored elsewhere in the lead record.
Really think about what you need from a phone system. This is built on Twilio, but it's not as accessible or capable as Twilio. If you need something simple and associated with leads, this is it.
We use Velocify for our entire lead management process, and we use Dial-IQ for our inside sales team. By using many sets of lead distribution programs, we've automated our follow-up cadence so that the inside sales team only needs to hit "Get Lead" and they receive the next qualified lead, the qualification of which is determined by the output of multiple programs running at once. It's complex but not complicated; once the programs are established, they're very easy to use, and ease of use is the real selling point of Dial-IQ.
I like how everything is included in this program. If I want to manage a client, it is very easy for all their information to be included under one page. It is convenient as well that they can be "assigned" to their own advisor/manager/whatever industry you're in.
This program does get confusing sometimes, especially when you first start using it. Even after using it for a while, there's just so many features that it can be overwhelming.
Velocity Dial-IQ has made it easy to manage thousands of students using one program. All their information is in one place and it's so integrated due to the cloud-based system that the correct people can access it at the most important times.
I like that I was able to click to dial phone numbers. That saved me a lot of time of manually having to dial them myself.
We recently replaced Velocify with Salesloft. It seemed outdated and a little confusing to use at times.
Time savings. With the amount of people our sales team has to call, it saved us tons of time. Always being able to record calls for training purposes.
