The most likable feature of VBOUT is its email automation. For the automation part, I like the contact management, nice logical workflow, chunk sending email, suppression list, browser push, and integration with third-party integration. I also like their form, landing page, and social media integration. I must appreciate its UI. So, anyone can start using VBOUT and set marketing campaign for ease of implementation. The founder and the customer support are very responsive and helpful.
There is no huge downside to VBOUT. But to me, their email-sending limit is comparatively lower than their competitor’s limit.

All in one marketing solution.
What I like most about VBOUT is the control I have right out of the box with all the native integrations and API flexibilty. The ability to build our own systems and then share them with our clients is also one of th emost time saving and valuable features outside the already fine tuned engined they have built.
My only issue with VBOUT and it could be my own, is the lack of 2-way sms messaging. I am currently using a 3rd party mobile app though to handle that part directly from Twilio which isn't a bad workaround. I get the platform doesn't really have an inbox feature and maybe that's not what it's for.
VBOUT is letting me have full control, visually and physically over my automations and work flow. We also use is as a "soft" crm which is a term I didn't know until I started using Vbout but it makes sense.
What I like about VBOUT most is that it is a hub of a full marketing suite. So everything from Email Campaigns to Email Automation Workflows to Social Media posting and Management including Streams and Analytics to Landing Pages builder to Popups to Pipeline Management. What more could you ask for?

For agencies, they have White Label option.
The documentation and knowledge base awesome which is thorough and searching is easy and fast.
Their Onboarding training and Agency Partners meetings are simply the Best! Oh and super cool Academy to learn about marketing automation and get Agency Certification for Agency Partners.
I haven't found anything that is lacking or any bugs or anything. I recently had some questions in creating accounts. I reached out to their support and I got responses within hours!
I am still learning the platform but I don't expect any problems that I would run into.

I like the regular updates that are given and the interaction with the team - it's good to know they are constantly trying to improve.
Once you get started then its easy to keep going.
They are constantly adding and upgrading the number of features they have.
Because I'm not a techie it felt a bit overwhelming to start with. But support is great so once you get started it gets easier and easier.
It automates emails, buils landing pages and lets me build an email list and keep track of subscribers.
The drag and drop functionality of setting up email marketing campaigns, the solid templates for the campaigns + emails themselves, and the fact it also includes a social media posting scheduler - so many tools in one, which is awesome! I also love that it includes a landing page builder. I was able to log in and just figure it all out. They do have an on-demand onboarding webinar to learn how it all works, which is super helpful. I haven't watched it yet, though, as it's a solid 1hr 45mins. So far, I've been able to figure out the features I've wanted to use. The support team was also super responsive when I had an issue.
The social media management could use some work - you can't manage Instagram messages, from what I can see.
If you're looking for a comprehensive all-in-one marketing tool, VBOUT is a solid option - especially if you're a beginner like me. It's really easy to use.
I haven't had landing pages or email marketing campaigns before, and when I've tried with things like MailChimp, it's been a bit overwhelming and confusing. I have a separate social media manager already which is more robust, but this is a great tool nonetheless to have that functionality in a single place. Overall, I'm going to be using VBOUT to build landing pages and put prospects through a marketing funnel, and start doing more email campaigns in general.

Contact management can be improved.
It is very much ok, but the list view could benefit from a TAGs column. At the moment you can search by tags of course, but an eagle-eye view could turn useful
