Vartopia is flexible and easy to communicate with. Vartopia understands Zoom requirements and understands the overall business which s very helpful when trying to frame out various programs and tracking/measurement/reporting methods.
I have not come across any issues nor do I have any concerns regarding Vartopia, the support they provide or the product services that they have.
One big issue we have is the tracking of influenced-based activity with our partners. It is not easy to track and then dashboard the results
Before Vartopia, we had no partner portal, a very rudimentary deal registration process, and a lack of tracking. Within weeks, we were able to stand up a robust partner portal and deal registration platform. Additionally, before our deal registration portal was externally exposed with no security, now we are able to control authorized users/accounts with confidence.
There really isn't much to dislike with the offerings from Vartopia. The hardest part during the vetting and selection process was selling Vartopia internally, as their industry presence wasn't as significant as the other vendors we were evaluating.
We are in a market space that is seeing exponential growth right now. We have to be able to appear larger, more well established than our competitors are. By bringing on the PRM with Vartopia, we are able to provide a top-notch platform that reduces the friction of registering deals and helps build a repeatable process since the Accounts and Contacts are stored, just like their own Rolodex. Not only are we reducing the registration friction, but with the Partner Portal, we are giving our Partner Ecosystem direct access to all our customer-facing documentation at their fingertips without having to search the Komprise website for it.
Vartopia put a lot of thought into the key things their customers need to run their partner channel. There doesn't seem to be any fluff in the product, and what they create is always easy to use. It was very clear from the first conversation that I had with them, that they put a lot of thought into helping solve their customer's problems.
There isn't anything that comes to mind.
Deal registration/Partner Portal. The systems instantly fixed our deal reg duplication issues and gave us much better visibility into our process. Reporting is a breeze. We are currently in the process of moving to their partner portal product. it will give us much better control over the look and feel of the portal and the experience we want to give to the partners.
I love how the tool integrates with our existing tools, and how responsive the team is.
I don't always get notifications on updates and changes. It seems to be either overcommunicated or undercommunicated.
Speed, ease of reporting, and partner efficiency have all been better since implementing Vartopia.

It can be a little bit difficult to set up, but once it is - it goes great! The only challenge we see, and this may just be internal, is that the accounts must be perfect to feed into Vartopia.
We've been able to better track our channel partner activity through deal registrations, and we can get real-time updates from them, too. It's been great to see!
Vartopia is flexible and easy to use; for both partners and internal users. It has a clean integration with SFDC that provides self-service configuration capabilities and visibility to its managed package components.
It supports various levels of process automation for creating and updating Registrations and Opportunities in SFDC, and Vartopia can provide custom data capture forms for submitting registrations from their UI. This can all be accomplished in a very short period of time.
Because many of our partners already use Vartopia for registering deals with other vendors, it required minimal training for partner users.
Above all, the Vartopia staff is very knowledgeable, responsive, and accessible. They consistently provide valuable input regarding the perspective of partners, as well as best practices for addressing process design challenges.
There were some aspects of the original UI that caused some confusion amongst new users. But most, if not all, of those have been addressed with recent UI enhancements.
We needed to quickly address registration requirements unique to one of our new and expanding business areas. Vartopia enabled us to quickly stand-up a POC solution and then expand that over several months as the business grew. Such a fast and complete implementation would not have been possible with the enterprise solution used for other parts of our business.
We appreciate that the platform integration with Salesforce and the ability to do our own custom reports. We use Vartopia in conjunction with our central deal registration process, and that saves us a lot of time. In response to our requests, they have continued to add vendors to their list of companies they work with, which has helped us expand our use of Vartopia.
We also appreciate the increasingly effective efforts on behalf of the support team. They are very responsive to support tickets and getting issues resolved in a timely manner.
Occasionally delays in feature updates can cause temporary disruptions in our process. However, once we call attention to the issues, the Vartopia team gets things resolved quickly.
Mainly we use Vartopia for deal registration, which has increased our efficiency and ability to report critical sales information to senior management in a timely manner.

Your resellers are required to use their interface for submitting a registration vs. controlling it internally. Not a bad thing for us necessarily but it is a limitation if certain partners are not willing to enter registrations with vartopia platform or require custom integrations.
I would strongly consider Vartopia for your Deal registration Vendor. They are forward-thinking, great to work with, and provide a great product your partners and internal users will enjoy
Allows our channel partners ability to register deals and also sales reps to register Nutanix generated deals back to partners. Vartopia is a critical tool to our business process as it relates to our channel.
