I am able to find anything I need on Vantaca (i.e. reports, homeowner ledgers, documents, and more). They are updating / adding more features as the need arises.
The support team response time is a little slow sometimes.
We can process Association payments and vendors much more efficiently.
I highly recommend Vantaca for its excellent automation and time-saving features. The system is robust and intuitive, making it easy to navigate. The support team has been phenomenal in addressing urgent issues promptly. Onboarding was a seamless process thanks to the helpful implementation team. Additionally, the integration with our vendor partners is a great advantage.
The only downside the I would like to see improved is the ability to fully automate the lockbox import process. Right now, it takes manual intervention but I think there's potential for automation.

I love how easy the workflow is with Vantaca especially with service requests. I like that you can easily send service requests to vendors and that communication is automatically sent to the owner as well.
I think a big space for improvement is the Board emails so that the boards can more easily respond and to be able to see everyone's messages within the discussion.
Vantaca IQ is a huge help to see how our managers are doing and to see where they need help.
Vantaca has allowed our team to use one platform for our team and clients instead of multiple platforms. We appreciate that it is user friendly to our clients and when onboarding new employees.
Occasionally there may be a delay when loading where it seems to be running slow.
All!! I don't know where we would be without Vantaca and the measueables that have recently been brought in with IQ will continue to help us with employee retention and delegation of assignments.
What I have found the best quality is the amount of information we can give to our clients in a timely fashion.
Support is all handled in the background I like to learn how to fix things so the next time it happens I can fix it myself

Vantaca is a software designed for community association management that will, when used effectively, reduce a manager's overall workload. Customer support is very good and fast. Navagating the features is easy once the user has spent enough time with it.
Vantaca is so different than other software it takes longer to get settled in, but once there, it works very well. Integration was not as easy as claimed.
It tracks more information than previous software.
