"Exactly What We Needed"
What do you like best about VanillaSoft?

It was important to us to have a platform that supported outbound calling. Some CRM platforms are really overkill for what we needed and are very time consuming to use; Vanillasoft is designed for volume calls.

What we like best is the ability to customize for each project, and easily manage results. We like that we can get in and out of a record with a minimal amount of clicks and page views. That was a very important feature for us, minimize the time does it take to enter in a result and update a record, Vanillasoft took the least amount of time compared to everything we evaluated.

What do you dislike about VanillaSoft?

There isn't anything we find particularly difficult or that we "dislike."

Recommendations to others considering VanillaSoft:

This is a platform that helps your team vs. a system that adds extra work and time to use. It is perfect for Biz Dev teams that need to build relationships. Because it doesn't have a lot of CRM type of features that are not necessary for Biz Dev efforts, it enabled the team to use it effectively and we have a very high "correct" adoption of the platform.

The problem of an agile platform that supports calling and doesn't have a lot of complexity to update and work through records.

What do you like best about VanillaSoft?

Vanilla Soft is super easy to use and user friendly, I teach my team how to use it in less then a day and they love it too. when they use it often it becomes like second nature and we use it every day. Also great customer Support they really help us out with easy implementation. It also intergrats with all of our clients so that makes it nice.

What do you dislike about VanillaSoft?

I wish you could open it more then one at a time so you can copy data or comapre records when an SDR has an isssue.

it watches my SDr's calls and call duration so i don't have to manuallly track it

What do you like best about VanillaSoft?

calender integration, calling leads easily at correct time zones, used daily and is essentially the main software used for the day to day. easily able to implement text drip with an api key to add leads. Customer service and usual billing is always timely and prompt

the limited 1 thousand texts allowed per month.

VanillaSoft is user friendly, informative and has the best reporting and search capabilities of any CRM we have ever used.

What do you dislike about VanillaSoft?

Some advanced reports are challenging to create due to necessary Excel skills to assist in creating.

What problems is VanillaSoft solving and how is that benefiting you?

Direct integration with our Home Office DNC lists is crucial to preventing consumer complaints. In addition, smart caller ID is helpful in more successful outbound calls.

What do you like best about VanillaSoft?

My rep gets back to me in a business day, and I can email her directly! No submitting a ticket and getting a random person assigned.

What do you dislike about VanillaSoft?

It is a lot of training, but you really know the system at the end of it. Just make sure you have to the time to learn a new system.

What problems is VanillaSoft solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are a university and we use it for our student lead calling program. Before we were printing paper cards, and this eliminates the card use and frankly, the kids prefer a software program.
