You can taylor it to your needs, whether you are solo or run a booth rental salon or commision salon. Vagaro is super simple to set up and is loaded with features and add ons that don't break your bank.

I switched from Square to Vagaro. Way more options than Square and their memberships are easy to use. I like that I can chose a color for each service. I have employees and renters- I love that I can collect rent. Much easier for keeping track of everything. I've called customer service a few times and I never have to wait long for someone to asnwer and they are always friendly and helpful. Integration was also very easy and happened over night
I didnt realize integration i not free ONE time. I had done it to try to get a feel for the app prior to switching over my clients. I then had to pay $150 to re do it. It was probably miscommunication. I also wasnt the EASIEST app to get to know. But thats because there are so many options and you can really custom it. I also wish their app would "refresh" faster when new appointments are booked. I noticed It takes a bit and I have to refresh to make sure no one else booked that time slot

The only thing right now we'd like to see updated is the time zones, it would be cool to associate the user face according to their time zone. Intergrating zoom or goto meeting would be a nice add on feature.

Vagaro is super user friendly on both the client end and the back end user. Ease of use, great customer support, so many awesome features!
When booking multiple appointments, it doesn't automatically group the services with the same employee - so a new customer might book a back wax with employee 1 and a chest wax with employee 2. I have submitted this feedback and I hope it changes - it is definitely an easy coding fix and I can't believe it wasn't a feature from the beginning.
