What do you like best about Vagaro?

Great for scheduling - even multiple providers, tracking, marketing, retail, finance, site hosting, discounts, etc, just everything I need.

What do you dislike about Vagaro?

I am not sure at this point, they keep adding everything that I want.

What problems is Vagaro solving and how is that benefiting you?

scheduling, chekout, sales tax, retail platform, advertising, etc. It is a full business suite software all in one!

What do you like best about Vagaro?

You can taylor it to your needs, whether you are solo or run a booth rental salon or commision salon. Vagaro is super simple to set up and is loaded with features and add ons that don't break your bank.

We have checked out a lot of other software, but came back to Vagaro.

Super easy integration & customer support in the U.S. and has been great so far.

Setting appointments & checking clients out is fast and easy.

What do you dislike about Vagaro?

So far we love vagaro, Can't think of anything we don't like

It is making my business more streamlined. I love having everything in one place including my website so everything works seamlessly together. I love that my clients can purchase packages & memberships online

What do you like best about Vagaro?

I switched from Square to Vagaro. Way more options than Square and their memberships are easy to use. I like that I can chose a color for each service. I have employees and renters- I love that I can collect rent. Much easier for keeping track of everything. I've called customer service a few times and I never have to wait long for someone to asnwer and they are always friendly and helpful. Integration was also very easy and happened over night

What do you dislike about Vagaro?

I didnt realize integration i not free ONE time. I had done it to try to get a feel for the app prior to switching over my clients. I then had to pay $150 to re do it. It was probably miscommunication. I also wasnt the EASIEST app to get to know. But thats because there are so many options and you can really custom it. I also wish their app would "refresh" faster when new appointments are booked. I noticed It takes a bit and I have to refresh to make sure no one else booked that time slot

Helped me see what percentage we are booked everyday and that we could be much busier

Customer Service is personal, quick, intelligent, and professional.

I was hesitant because I was not sure if it would have all that I needed to support my professional counseling practice. But so far so good.

This software allows for the most seamless client booking, scheduling, and paying experience. We love the ability to send text message reminders and control cancellation.

What do you like best about Vagaro?

The ease of using it, that it can do everything for businesses from booking, checking out, payments, scheduling and more.

What do you dislike about Vagaro?

The only thing right now we'd like to see updated is the time zones, it would be cool to associate the user face according to their time zone. Intergrating zoom or goto meeting would be a nice add on feature.

What do you like best about Vagaro?

Vagaro is super user friendly on both the client end and the back end user. Ease of use, great customer support, so many awesome features!

What do you dislike about Vagaro?

When booking multiple appointments, it doesn't automatically group the services with the same employee - so a new customer might book a back wax with employee 1 and a chest wax with employee 2. I have submitted this feedback and I hope it changes - it is definitely an easy coding fix and I can't believe it wasn't a feature from the beginning.
