Special Thanks to Srinivas Reddy from the Onboarding & Support Team of Vaave, who has really helped us in Smooth Onboarding, Launching the Portal, and Continuous Support there after.

The onboarding was good, and the team helped in understanding the product and how we can utilize, good support and help from the team. From the portal, Members can become a member of our alumni organization and gain access to a wide range of events and opportunities to reconnect with old friends. it helps in Keep up to date with our events, news, and alumni stories. We have the objective to organize and develop the activities of the ex-students of the Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya

Currently, we are in the phase of utilizing it and trying to achieve the objectives.

Managing the membership, and also to get the members database, and building the network to build the association.

We received excellent support from the team while developing the portal. The team's ongoing approach and valuable suggestions greatly assisted us in onboarding our alumni. The functionality of onboarding faculty and students in the alumni portal is beneficial, as it allows onboarding across the entire network. The team has proven to be truly exceptional and supportive.

The portal features are easy to use.

The requirement is getting fulfilled so such cons to express.

From the start, the team in general is responsive and helpful. Vaave is very easy and friendly to use and fast. With the platform, we have created a bridge with the alumni. The team from the start until the end was cooperative, we have created a bond, and this cooperation will continue hopefully for many years to come. Customer support it is the finest and most cooperative. Vaave offers many features that have helped us build the platform we always wanted. All the experience from implementation and integration went smoothly and easily.

As if now, no issues found. Portal works great.

Alumni connection is easy and the gap between institute and alumni is lowering.

Our first alumni batch passed out recently and this vaave alumi portal helping us in getting teh alumni database stored and managing it by their various sort filters like Industry, skills, roles etc. We are looking forward of using this portal for conducting events and engaging alumni. Customer support was great from the team. Onboarding journey was seamless.

We are in the exploration stage and haven't reported any issues yet.

The customer experience is amazing at Vaave. Onboarding POC has actively approached us and helped us on time. There was constant support. The journey was smooth and seamless. Small request were also taken care of and timely completed. Overall it was a great experience.

There is nothing to report as such. Portal is easy to use and we are still exploring.

Vaave alumni portal is helping us in managing alumni. It is helping us connecting all our institutions and maintaing alumni of al the institutes under one portal.

We were referred to Vaave's alumni management portal by a partner client, and our experience has been outstanding. The Point of Contact (pooja) from Vaave is highly active, quickly resolves queries, and provides hands-on assistance. Vaave alumni portal has many good features like posting jobs, creating groups, monthly news letter, creating events etc. Chapters are also a great feature. The service from the team is good. There was constant support. They have provided a very good homepage design for the portal. Overall vaave experience is great. Heartful thanks to Ms. Aashi for your help. Much needed help for our University. Also I look forward in growing our Alumni community with VAAVE.

One feature that we required is not available in the portal i.e. dynamic stats of visitors, registrations etc should be visible on the homepage. That feature can be added.

Vaave is helping us in engaging our alumni and maintaing relations with our alumni community. The overall portal is great to connect with our alumni at one place and engage them.
