Por que as vezes ele demoram um pouco para responde e as vezes o app trava um pouco mais ele ficaria melhor se não travasse mais e se ocupasse um pouco menos de espaço

did not deliver what was promised, did not refund me.

customer service did their best to help.
What do you dislike about V12?
I am very unhappy with this provider and I think they should refund me since they did not deliver what they promised. But of course they have a no refund policy, maybe because most of their customers have issues and request refunds? Who knows.

What problems is V12 solving and how is that benefiting you?
I worked with Briz in sales and found that much of what he promised me was unable to be delivered after my purchase. The app that he talked about unfortunately crashes and isnt able to function. When I called in the sales staff is aware the app doesn't function but says they cant do anything about it
