UZIO IS A GREAT SOFTWARE HAVEN'T FACE ANY ISSUE SO FAR.

The benefits to UZIO are the ease of use for all users.

Solving a benefits enrollment issu

What I like best are the options UZIO offers. So when my company grows, Uzio can grow with me. I can manage it myself, and I can be happy knowing they are my final payroll solution.

Not much to dislike. It takes some time to learn the fields and reports but they are always there to help if I need it. I haven't had any dislikes at all. There is always a solution.

Payroll, document tracking, Training completion, reports for Workman Comp. It has made the whole process easier and helps me ensure every employee is set up correctly.

Very user-friendly. I love all the functions it provides for our company. It satisfies all our HR needs.

In my opinion, the mobile site can be improved. At least up to the website standards. Many of the functions on mobile are not as good as the website.

Our HR department needed to be revamped. This program has made the transition for us. We are now much improved with payroll, taxes, and the onboarding process, and handling necessary documentation. We don't have any problems with UZIO. We are just grateful that we found such an excellent program!

I like how the interface showed my previous settings/account information, so I didn't have to re-type it all.

I think it would have been helpful if I could have clicked on certain words for definitions and links to benefits on my insurance website for additional information.

It helped me realize areas where I was over-paying for benefits that I didn't necessarily need, and helped me see everything (dental, vision, etc.) in one place.

I really appreciated how simple the process was to enroll in health insurance for the next year. The layout was simple to understand and it made things very straightforward to work through.

If anything, I would have wanted more input from the organizer of the process. Something a bit more personalized to the firm to make understanding the different benefits easier.

With UZIO Payroll & HR it was great to have a straight forward service that understood the process of enrolling in healthcare. The process was so quick and easy for people to fill out and that encouraged people to go through the process sooner.
