What do you like best about UXPressia?

The features offered by the tool just keep getting better and better over time. I love how intuitive and easy to use the tool is!

What do you dislike about UXPressia?

When managing large journey maps it can become time consuming to make color & font updates across certain sections as mass updates don't apply to everything

What problems is UXPressia solving and how is that benefiting you?

UXPressia helps me design easy to understand and attrative looking journey maps that quickly communicate a wealth of information about a given customer journey

What do you like best about UXPressia?

I love that there are templates that help any level complete personas, journey maps, etc.

I also love the education and ongoing webinars.

Easy to use.

Looks fantastic.

What do you dislike about UXPressia?

Most the time I like the templates, and they give the ability to customize a bit. However, there have been a few times it was confusing to go deeper in customization.

What problems is UXPressia solving and how is that benefiting you?

UXPressia has allowed me to not spend hours to tell the customer's story. It has simplified the process, so that I can focus on the actual journey and experience.

Usability of the pdf output - overall I find the tool easy and intuitive to use.

It's tool is primarily for customer journey mapping/design and not for complete customer journey management.

End-to-End customer journey - few companies have developed at least a basic customer journey, let alone a complete one.

Excellent Software for User Experience Research/Design
Excellent software for creating personas and journey maps. It is easy to use, easy to learn, and very efficient. In addition, UXPressia supports professors and students, allowing full access to educators to use the software to teach students. I will recommend this to anyone, it is actually better than most UX/UXR tools out there.

Best tool for team work
I found UXPressia through their templates. I actually used one for the first persona and map I built using the platform. Everything seems easy and graspable, yet I’ve spent some time reading Help Center articles and posts on their blog (didn’t regret a minute, lots of mapping tips). Presentation mode was useful when presenting my map draft to the team (they are on board to the date). I also love the opportunity to work on a map simultaneously, without interfering with my teammates’ actions. And reactions! We use those to validate each other's input. All in all, I would recommend UXPressia to try as a team.
