Update a year later :

A major update this November has added a lot of functionnality that helped me manage my exams easier.

- It added the option of scheduling access to an exam, very useful for exams given in different countries with different time zones.

- It now more easily shows which questions were not answered to let the participants know when reviewing his exam.

- It has now added a text editor to add images, styles to the questions and answers. A really great addition to make the exam easier to use by adding graphs, titles, etc.

All these examples show that the platform continues to evolve year after year.

If you tried it in the past and were not convinced, I would suggest giving it another look because the additionnal changes resolved pretty much every problem I had with it.

The website is very easy to use and can create professional-looking exams without any efforts.

It is also easy to use for our clients who use it to pass their exams.

The technical support responds rapidly to our demands and offers quick and easy solutions for us.

They listen to their community since a lot of problematic cases I opened were resolved later on with the new updates.

Update a year later : After more than a year, most of the concerns I had were resolved, especially since the November 2023 update.

The website is still in its early days so some configuration are yet to be available. We are confident in their capacity to improve years after years to offer an even better service. We've seen major improvements last year between the start of the year and at its end where a lot of previously problematic decisons were resolved with a new update.

It gave us a platform where we can create professional-looking exams for our certification programs. Creating easy-to-use exams was the principal focus on using a dedicated platform.

The platform has revolutionized our approach to induction, staff integration and professional learning management. Thanks to personalized tracking and dashboards, we can quickly visualize skills acquired, training in progress and training to be planned, thus simplifying the management of our training plan. The intuitive, user-friendly interface makes it easy to navigate through training resources, enabling everyone to easily find the training courses assigned to them or that correspond to their professional interests and objectives.

There is no color or x for a wrong answer to an exam on first try

We enjoy the personnalised customer service and global flexibility of the platform.

The product as it stands offers many functionalities. The platform does a good job at keeping simply FAQ's, but those can always be hard to navigate for novice user.

Uxpertise offer a simple way to promote, manage and dispense online and offline training.

Je recommande chaudement Uxpertise comme plateforme de gestion des inscriptions pour vos formations. Le service est excellent et très utile pour ceux qui commencent dans l'administration d'un site «MLS». Uxpertise est en constante progression puisqu'elle s'assure d'effectuer du développement en phase avec les besoins les plus récurrents de ses utilisateurs.

Le côté négatif de Uxpertise est la qualité du français dans leurs notifications automatisées. Il y a souvent des erreurs à corriger et il faut mettre de son propre temps pour le faire. Une révision linguistique générale les aiderait à gagner en crédibilité sur cet aspect.

Uxpertise facilite l'inscription aux formations et offre un environnement de suivi très intéressant pour les participants. Plusieurs actions sont automatisées comme l'envoi de courriels de confirmation, la désinscription autonome ou la gestion de la liste d'attente. Notre équipe a sauvé beaucoup de temps grâce à cette efficience offerte par Uxpertise.

We needed a solution that was capable to automate and managed or online learning material and Uxpertise were capable on providing that service. Now we are looking for hybrid trainings and monetize our efforts. Uxpertise have the necessary features to make this a reality.

La facilité de mettre des formations en ligne. La mise en place de formation devient rapidement intuitive à l'utilisation. Les sondages et questionnaires sont assez facile a mettre en place.

ne pas avoir de suivi sur les formations ouvertes a tous - pas de choix des caractères et couleurs dans les titres des formations - Formation dans les sous-section pas dans l'ordre que l'on voudrait - rapport peux adapté à notre réalité - facturation paiement difficiles à suivre

Permet d'avoir des formations en continu plutôt qu'une seule présentation. Le visuel est bien mieux qu'un simple transfert de fichier. La possibilité d'aller chercher plus de personne étant donné que nous avons le asynchrone maintenant.
