"Very full program to track the UX in app"
What do you like best about UXCam?

Very useful to validate the user experience, detect anomalies, freezes and crashes, so we can act quickly on custumer support. I use this program every day to understand the users behaviours and design solutions and new experiences. You can see your users sessions and validat information. The implementation is really easy for Front End Developers. Once you start using UXCam, you'll definetly going to integrate it as an step in your UX design process.

What do you dislike about UXCam?

It's so complete that it's a lot to process, but once you start using it, it becomes really easy.

What problems is UXCam solving and how is that benefiting you?

Identify bugs quickly, compare freezes and crashes in diferent app versions, undestand the users interaction with the app, validate UX designs, rage taps and difficulties with tasks, amount of users and views.

Number one is that UXCam is very easy to use. It enhances our understanding of Healthcare Professionals' interactions with the app. With its great features such as recordings, heatmaps, and conversion funnel analytics, this tool empowers our teams to make informed decisions aimed at optimizing user experience. With this tool, we can provide a better, if not great, customer support experience to our clients and customers.

What do you dislike about UXCam?

I cant think of any at the moment. All it's features are great in my opinion

Session replay allows us to see exactly how our users interact with our website or the app in real-time. Love seeing their mouse movements, clicks, scrolls, and other actions. This helps us determine if a dispute is valid caused by a bug or what.

What do you like best about UXCam?

UXCam is the first tool that I found that worked with React Native mobile applications to capture user session information. I have now used this at two different companies. I have been impressed with the customer service, the ease at which to integrate and implement, and the data that we recieve.

What do you dislike about UXCam?

Only downside I can really think of is how cumbersome it can be to obfuscate only some fields, versus all or all of a certain type.

What problems is UXCam solving and how is that benefiting you?

UXCam helps us troubleshoot tickets as well as getting anyaltics for rage taps, version adoption, and more.

The customer service is top-notch with UXCam. For any troubles or issues that I encountered, they were responsive.

Handling multiple clients has never been made easier with all the features made available and with the integrations I can connect.

It makes my work easier when I need to investigate what really happened on the app. I can see when the user has difficulty using it or the exact button they are clicking. Their support is also amazing. The implementation process in UXCam is remarkably straightforward, ensuring ease of integration and user-friendly setup.
