The best thing about UXArmy is their presentation of reports and ongoing usability testing. They have a user-friendly interface that makes it easy to navigate through the testing process. What do you like best about UXArmy?

UXArmy Remote Research tools are works as an effective approach to gaining insights into how people perceive our prototypes is by offering a sign-up option for individuals to test it out. During the testing phase, participants are prompted to provide their feedback and share their impressions of the testing prototype. The testing process includes a thorough review to ensure that testers can articulate their observations accurately. This process provides an excellent opportunity to gain valuable feedback and make improvements to enhance the user experience for end users.

What do you dislike about UXArmy?

Once on non-submission of a test, I approached support and was able to reset the response and asked the Tester to try again.

What problems is UXArmy solving and how is that benefiting you?

I became a member of their community and I am fond of the range of benefits it provides. I find it fascinating to discover the latest features and discover how other users make the most of the tools.

While participating in Unmoderated Usability Testing, the navigation is straightforward and uncomplicated, which is something I appreciate. As I explore various websites qnd prototypes, I often assess and provide my perspective on what could be enhanced, modified, or maintained.

I have given feedback about need of UI improvement for Desktop Test, they assured me about the possible improvement.

What do you like best about UXArmy?

I liked that I can quickly check product usage scenarios in my product with real people from their User Panel. Video recordings of users using my product are received within an hour of launching the Test. The videos make it easy for me to show senior stakeholders and other team members exactly where the user pain points exist.

What do you dislike about UXArmy?

Their product has some usability issues. The UI Dashboard feels kinda boring, it needs to be properly managed. Even though the team account feature allows me to duplicate and review tests of teammates, I can not allocate credits to my team. That is a bit disabling to me since I manage a team.

What problems is UXArmy solving and how is that benefiting you?

At a low cost I can get to hear and see what my target users are expecting and saves me a lot of rework effort and allows me to work with limited project budget

Cooperative and friendly team, in-depth questions asked, which I believe would be able to provide companies significant feedback, insights and advice for improvements. Application easy to navigate.

Video upload takes up quite some time despite having fast internet speed, this is something that could be improved.

2. There is always someone constantly in communication with me via WhatsApp to ensure I am aware on what's going on and keeping me updated

The process to become a tester is quite user-friendly. Designs can be iterated based on one's pace and usability evaluations. Reviewing these videos is straightforward and can be done at your convenience, allowing you to take notes, create clips and analyze the feedback at your own pace.

Sometimes there is a need to manually mark the task result as Pass/ Fail according to the user's action.
