Nice interface and very user-friendly. The thought of a shared workplace for everyone in a meeting room is just wonderful in an everyday more IT dependent business world.

In just a few minutes, you can start using and implementing this app and sharing all the necessary data, info and stuff that eventually saves a lot of time in an online meeting.

A bit costly for small teams and startups, but its implementation could be worth the investment.

In a video conference not everyone who joins in is up to date on tasks, files, notes and essential "follow-ups" that come up in a normal conversation. It could be considered a team/project management app with "face to face" distant contact solution. In these times of distant work groups, solutions like this could easily be implemented in any size of organization when still due and delivery dates have not stopped.

uShare.to is powerful communication channel, Lot of great functions are there, such as mobile messaging, Team chatting, documents sharing, Video & Audio conferencing, Calendars sharing.. etc.

Very much helping to do the group discussions, specially group work we can discusses privately. easy to learn, not much complex functions and menus. Any time any where accessible. Documents sharing helps to share the resources with other team members. simple and powerful tool. communicating with team members is very easy.

Very user friendly for for video and audio conferencing. Similarly it is very user friendly for team chat, file/task and calendar sharing.

There is not much that I dislike at this moment. Customer service has been instrumental in solving problems and making sure that there is a smooth transition.

Collaboration among the team members are more succinct and prompt. Calendar sharing has been a very useful tool.

Ushare.to has all the parts and pieces we needed for our team collaboration. We created our shares and started loading content really fast. Enjoying the experience very much.

We had a little bit of trouble learning about the admins. But their support team was great and answered all our questions.

Definitely worth the setup

really fast and securing sharing of messages, content, docs and contacts in one tool. Notifications are great and you see when your colleagues and clients have read the messages and received the documents. Online signatures was a great plus too.

The ability to do it all in one place when my team and I are not in one place. There is no learning curve and it's very customizable. You can jump right in and have everything you need all in one place. You can have multiple share spaces so you can utilize with multiple teams or have a private space for personal use.

Not a big deal but would like for it to work better with Safari. Using Chrome or Firefox isn't the end of the world but since I use a Mac, I default to Safari so when I need/want to use uShare.to, I have to switch to Chrome and go back and form.

If you're looking for a way to collaborate with team members either at the office or away from office, uShare.to is perfect. You can also do video conferences and chat so it's a one-stop shop.

The ability to both communicate and collaborate with team members when we're dispersed around the country or even around the world. There are so many features that used to be all in different programs or websites but uShare.to allows everything to be in 1 place.

I can easily connect and meeting with my team. File sharing is easy with Ushare.to. Customer support is always helpful to customers. We are weekly user of Ushare. We do meeting and share files with each other. Also our partners using ushare.to. Implementation is very easy. Ushare.to is one platform for all applications(meeting, file sharing, share tasks etc.) Integration is seamless.

1) I don't like ushare's UI, it should be improve.

uShare is not as popular as other similar platforms on the market like whatsapp, skype so many users may opt for platforms they are more familiar with.

I feel they should give some discount to new companies and startups. Otherwise I like this platform.
