Great concept and platform to keep on top of past users of Showpad. We can see when someone has previously been a champion of our platform and target them as they move to different companies to get them to invest again.
The sales force integration can be difficult to use and sometimes the data is out of date leading to confusion and potentially incorrect reach out to the wrong individuals.
