What do you like best about UserGems?

Easily packages leads to me and digs through my database of previous job changes. Good CSM support.

What do you dislike about UserGems?

Sometimes we don't have complete email/contact info as the contact has moved to their new role recently. We have to manually find that info.

What problems is UserGems solving and how is that benefiting you?

Allows us to hyper target previous users who are recognize our brand/product. So it's a much warmer conversation.

What do you like best about UserGems?

UserGems makes it easy to target and track easy wins. At the beginning of each month, UserGems sends us a list of leads that we can assign to our SDRs. This list includes previous customers that have moved into a similar role at a new company. The support given by UserGems is also top notch. Monthly checkins with support and they make sure you are succeeding

What do you dislike about UserGems?

Nothing to dislike here. UserGems has been good to us. We see continued success to this day. They also ensure that you are set up for success.

What problems is UserGems solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps us keep track of when people leave our customer accounts. This then allows us to target them and sell them our product since they are already familiar with it.

What do you like best about UserGems?

The ability to track champions and power users in a scalable way. We get new UG leads through Slack, and have built dashboards in our CRM that showcase the UserGems leads in each account. It helps our Sales, BDR, Customer Marketing, and CSM teams in countless ways.

What do you dislike about UserGems?

I would love for UG to integrate with Hubspot CRM in a more seamless way so we can maximize the impact we get from the product.

What problems is UserGems solving and how is that benefiting you?

We used to monitor champion job changes using Linkedin Sales Nav. It worked well when we had a handful of customers, but it became a pain to manage as we grew. UserGems gives our team a scalable way to track job changes. We're preventing churn, increasing conversion, and driving revenue with UserGems. Huge UG fan!

Great concept and platform to keep on top of past users of Showpad. We can see when someone has previously been a champion of our platform and target them as they move to different companies to get them to invest again.

What do you dislike about UserGems?

The sales force integration can be difficult to use and sometimes the data is out of date leading to confusion and potentially incorrect reach out to the wrong individuals.

What problems is UserGems solving and how is that benefiting you?

It allows us to be notified when a user of our product moves company, particular benefit includes that we know how involved they were with our product at that role.
