What do you like best about User.com?

User.com is great in many ways, not least with their customer support and willingness to help out. Overall, this is a one stop shop for so many things so for me, I like the fact that user.com offers so many solutions to so many problems.

What do you dislike about User.com?

The learning curve can be sharp at the start and some of the tutorials are a bit out of date, but these are nitpicking!

Recommendations to others considering User.com:

Give it a go, and give yourself the time to adjust to the learning curve (it isn't that bad!). I had multiple sessions for different elements of the tool so my understanding increased bit by bit.

What problems is User.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have a CRM system, automated emails based on user behaviour, landing pages for unique customer experiences, chatbots, support documents. Honestly, so many problems!

Fast in online business marketing and advertising. Good tools for easier understanding. Fast in networking. Live chat, so clear, video's, pictures and others features good to work with.

I just simply love tools that make my life easier! And user.com is definitely one of them! I have everything that I need in one place, and that allows our team to be more organized and user-oriented. We can now focus our energy and resources on our customers, instead of running between different tools and trying to find data. I can definitely recommend this to any sales/marketing/customer success teams - user.com is safe, gdpr compliant, affordable and easy to learn and to use.

What do you dislike about User.com?

Just two extra features in 'Conversations' and it would be ideal:

- possibility to search previous chats by keywords

- would be great if Grammarly could work in the chat (to prevent mistypes in real-time)
