We use Uptrends to track site and API uptime, and to ensure data flows from our APIs on any given day are correct. It's been an invaluable tool in alerting us when things are off, and ensures we have solid reporting for our clients by tracking our SLA requirements. It's a solid tool who's ease of use is unmatched in the market today.

Uptrends is an excellent and valuable service!

Uptrends is an important and valuable service for our company. The Uptrends service monitors our website 24/7 and we are alerted immediately if a monitor detects our website is not reachable. The service provides multiple checkpoints from locations around the world. The Uptrends dashboard is powerful but easy to understand and use. The support team is outstanding and very responsive. We highly recommend Uptrends.

What do you like best about ITRS Uptrends?

The ease of use of the software and the additional website speed tools. I was able to monitor a lot of websites for an affordable price. The customer service was good.

What do you dislike about ITRS Uptrends?

The contract terms where you have to cancel with 90 Days.

What do you like best about ITRS Uptrends?

UpTrends empowers me to be aware of action that needs to be taken in the wake of downtime.

What do you dislike about ITRS Uptrends?

I don't have any major dislikes. I like the interface, branding, and functionality. I've had times where I've forgotten that UpTrends was there at all, until I'd power cycle a machine and get an email.

What problems is ITRS Uptrends solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have an API that many of my systems rely upon. If the webserver for this API goes down, it causes a number of systems to malfunction. With UpTrends, I get a near immediate notification that the API webserver has gone down. Which is quite preferable to finding out by way of seeing systems malfunction.

The ease of use, adding sites to be monitored was easy. Onboarding wasn't hard, our team is adopting very easily

What do you dislike about ITRS Uptrends?

The look of the interface is a little rudamentary

We've assigned SMEs, within each team that makes sense, with access to UpTrends as admins. they control the points for all of their teams- and our PM also has access for continuity.

What do you like best about ITRS Uptrends?

Uptrends is an easy to configure website monitoring tool that allows you to confidently oversee the performance of your customers' websites.

What do you dislike about ITRS Uptrends?

The alerts can be slightly annoying if you don't take the time to configure the monitoring properly. leaving it at default settings means you're going to have servers all over the globe pinging sites that may depend on a more localized traffic which might cause some false alerts.

Recommendations to others considering ITRS Uptrends:

For an agency that would have to monitor hundreds of websites, there is no other tool that meets the criteria of easy to use, accurate reporting of site performance, and pricing for the product.

What problems is ITRS Uptrends solving and how is that benefiting you?

Uptrends allows us to catch website downtime before our customers ever see it, and to correct any issue before they start calling.
