Support is definitely super, customizations are also nice, I like different check types and internal status page
Membership model is bad, you can only invite to your "org" new users. Existing users cannot be invited which is cumbersome.
Provides a pages for customers with also SLA's and internal page for the teams.
Uptime's dashboard and customization is superb
In uptime, more feature can be added and more customization can be given to user.
Its helping us to keep a track of our business uptime
Setting up comprehensive monitoring for an entire site, including DNS, Web Server health, TLS certificate monitoring, etc. is a breeze.
The Real User Monitoring feature is also invaluable in highlighting problem areas of our site proactively before they become outages.
Honestly there is nothing that bothers me or that I dislike about this service. Even the aesthetics are pleasant, and the minimal user interface keeps things simple.
The scripted monitoring scenarios have alerted us to multiple deployment issues causing page errors in some parts of the site. Now we fix these immediately, rather than waiting on our customers to report issues.
We have also greatly improved the stability and availability of our services by catching issues promptly and eliminating problem areas before they become critical.

Uptime.com's global reach and flexibility ensure the ability to properly monitor our SaaS infrastructure with an external lens. The amount of configuration allowed by the platform is exemplary.
The ability to configure the way response time on a transactional synthetic test is disseminated would be helpful. These tests are often multi-step processes that might take many seconds to complete. This artificially inflates the response time instead of providing the average response time for each of the requests made in the test.
Allows us to monitor our SaaS infrastructure's multiple endpoints globally. The configuration allows us to build complex system checks while delivering a Trust Center status page to our clients.
I really like this service because it help in tracking of the uptime of our website and webapps.
Also we get notification whenever our site is unreachable.
It best in the compitition.
There nothing that i dislike.
Just one thing to tell is that sometimes notifications gets delayed.
It solves the problem of tracking uptime of our websites. Also sends the notification when site is down for some reason.
With this we are able to define our application SLA.
Intefaces are very easy to use! The service is very realiable, and at least it alert me in a very fast way when my service is actually offline.
I wish they could provide a cheaper plan, in my case I only have one service and I require one monitor only.
I want to get alerted as soon as possible when my service is offline.
The configurability is great, and already in the free tier there are a lot of options and checks available to choose from so that the overall experience is awesome.
The pricing model is not really competitive from my point of view. A lot of options could also be achieved by a dedicated solution in the private cloud we're using.
We definitely need to know when and if our website is down. It did not happen so far, but during the nightly tests we ran, uptime.com reliably alerted us so that we could have taken action in a real event.

Although I have not experienced it myself, I have heard that sometimes alerts can be sent/arrive with some delay. In addition, it seems pricing plans could be more competitive, but this is not really my concern or area of expertise.
