What do you like best about Upshot.ai?

The platform is very feature-rich and allows us to deliver a perfect omnichannel experience. One of the things we like most about Upshot.ai is its responsiveness to issues and feature requests. The price for Upshot.ai is very competitive, especially given its robust capabilities.

What do you dislike about Upshot.ai?

None. I get all my questions answered immediately.

What problems is Upshot.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

We're using Upshot.ai to onboard new users, ending relevant messages, engagement & retention campaigns.

- We can now personalize content and humanize push notifications.

- Their gamification, rewards, and loyalty are awesome.

- Reports and analytics dashboards allow us to garner better insights.

-It's much easier to visualize journeys and assess user analytics in their dashboard.

- There is a dedicated strategy team that is available to help in case of any support needed

-We've seen a tremendous increase in our user onboarding and retention rate since we partnered with upshot.ai.

None as in the last two years of using Upshot the product capability has grown multifold and is constantly evolving

What do you like best about Upshot.ai?

The best part about using upshot.ai platform is that you get the widest array of tools in 1 platform to engage and retain your users. Built-in analytics and segmentation are simple and straightforward. One of the key differentiator is their customer success team, they are super responsive and customer-oriented. They listen to our needs and are very amenable to the support we need. They also have a design and creative team to help with your campaigns.

What do you dislike about Upshot.ai?

Can't think of any for now. Experience has been really good so far.

What problems is Upshot.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

Majorly, we use upshot.ai for user onboarding, activation engagement, and retention. We can send a relevant push after a user takes specific actions using different channels, which has been valuable and enhanced the user experience. Campaign creation in upshot.ai is easy and intuitive, unlike other platforms. Targeted messaging helped us in increasing retention and revenue.
