What do you like best about Upscribe.io?

Overall the best thing about Upscribe is how easy it is for our customers to use. Easy to customize based on our needs, and if we ever have any other questions we can always reach out to the support team.

What do you dislike about Upscribe.io?

Unsure how Upscribe will be able to handle a higher volume of customers, however we're happy with it at this point.

What problems is Upscribe.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

Especially helpful when working with Shopify. We also wanted accurate analytics which Upscribe was able to provide.

Best subscription management service for Shopify

What do you like best about Upscribe.io?

The host of features like customizable newsletter templates, subscriber management tools, and analytics to track the performance of email campaigns are some of the things I like most about it.

What do you dislike about Upscribe.io?

Overall it is a great product. However, more integrations and customization options could make it better.

What problems is Upscribe.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

Running a subscription-based offering on Shopify can get very complicating as the platform itself is mostly built for conventional ecommerce model.

Upscribe.io is very eassy to use and implementation friendly software solution. Its frequent use make your customer return to your platform. and its has number of features that helps in make your business grow. it has a very extensive customer support and a very well defined integration.

Upscribe.io does not have any major issues but I feel like it has to improve its performance

Great tool to build subscription services

What do you like best about Upscribe.io?

I was provided with pre-built templates and workflows that streamline the setup process. This saved significant time and resources, allowing them to focus on developing their products and services.

What do you dislike about Upscribe.io?

The pricing can be lowered. I know the service is phenomenal but if the prices are high then the overall customer acquisition cost increases lowering our profit margins.

What problems is Upscribe.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

They tools to manage customer relationships, including customer data and analytics. This provided a better understanding of customers and improved our offerings based on customer feedback.

What do you like best about Upscribe.io?

The ability to customize my customer portal to suit my business and to adapt to the ever-changing market. Makes communicating with subscribers easily.

The system has plenty of features that can run up costs if not utilized properly.

Needs more features and language support. Especially for users in different countries.
