"Very reliable web service based eFaxing with excellent API"
What do you like best about Upland InterFAX?

I have been using eFax for many years. Initially my experience was with an on premise eFax server which became a big concern for disaster recovery. Moving to InterFax was very smooth and has been ultra reliable.

What do you dislike about Upland InterFAX?

While it is affordable, faxing is no longer leading edge technology. I think a rate cut is in order.

What problems is Upland InterFAX solving and how is that benefiting you?

We still have business partners that want to send us faxes. InterFax converts that to PDF and emails to us so we can then put into computer workflows in our custom Transporation Management System. While most of our business partners use email for documents we send them, some still want fax and InterFax allows us to seamlessly send in either format.

I do not like that you have to pay for credit to send faxes

What do you like best about Upland InterFAX?

I like their quick respond to questions and error that may occurs. I like the simplicity of the website, and the detail it provides for day to day need to perform my job. We also use interfax to integrate with our LIS, and it has been working well and have minor issues.

What do you dislike about Upland InterFAX?

I dislike that interfax remove history of faxes after 60 days. I know they have all the transaction on their back that we can reach out to obtain. But I like having all the transaction and history at the tip of my fingers.

What problems is Upland InterFAX solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps us communicate with our clients via fax. It helps us reach out client that is still using trasitional fax or efax verses email.

What do you like best about Upland InterFAX?

I had one issue and their support was quick to respond and offer multiple solutions. My issue was also resolved quickly. Other than that one issue which was my own, none of my company users have had any issues, ever.

What do you dislike about Upland InterFAX?

I have none. It's too easy to use and very affordable.

What problems is Upland InterFAX solving and how is that benefiting you?

We no longer need on prep fax machines/lines. It simplifies faxing for our users since they can send faxes via a web based site.

"Quick and Convenient"
What do you like best about Upland InterFAX?

It is quick and convenient. It already has a preset cover sheet so all I have to do is upload the document I want to send from my computer, put in the fax number and subject line and hit send. It saves paper and time for me. I use it quite often and I use to share the fax with the front desk so it was always a pain when I would have to leave my office to go to the front desk fax and wait until I got confirmation. I work alone in a Lab, so it is nice to be able to fax things in my office from my desk.

What do you dislike about Upland InterFAX?

It is rare - but when a fax does not get sent, there is no notification of it. You do have to manually check to make sure faxes are sent or non-delieverable

What problems is Upland InterFAX solving and how is that benefiting you?

Saving paper is a big plus. Our company is trying to do everything electronically, so that benefits our company goals. It also helps workflow because like I stated before, I work alone and had to walk to the front to fax things. If someone dropped of blood in the Lab and I am not there, due to being in the front faxing information, then patient care would be delayed.

What do you like best about Upland InterFAX?

We were battling with keeping up with our fax machines and the phone lines for years, but then InterFAX came in and was the perfect solution for us. I hardly get calls about faxes not working anymore, and the end users love the convenience of it! I also appreciate their support team so much!! Steve in particular has really helped me out and has been critical in maintaining our program to keep it functioning seamlessly. I am more than happy with the services that InterFAX has given our district, and I am excited to continue with them for many years to come.

What do you dislike about Upland InterFAX?

Nothing at all, truly. InterFAX has gone above and beyond helping us out.

What problems is Upland InterFAX solving and how is that benefiting you?

InterFAX has saved us hours of troubleshooting when our fax machines stopped working, as well as saving us thousands of dollars...we no longer need to keep the phone lines because everything is eFax now.

"Choosing Interfax Was a No-Brainer"
What do you like best about Upland InterFAX?

We are new customers to Interfax. I was recently in charge of finding an efax solution for my department. When I compared Interfax to the competition, it was truly a no-brainer. The reasonable pricing is initially what caught my attention, but after getting a free trial - and also a free trial of other services we were considering, Interfax remained in the lead. The easy to use web-based software and the reliability also set Interfax apart, I am thrilled that we chose to come on board with this company. Training the other staff in my department was a breeze, and implementation in general was a breeze. Any questions I had were promptly tended to with excellent customer service by the support staff. We couldn't be happier with Interfax.

What do you dislike about Upland InterFAX?

The software was a little challenging at first, I had a hard time as an administrator successfully getting 5 other users set up to receive faxes under 1 shared fax number. The customer support staff were truly on top of any issues I had, so it wasn't an issue for long.

What problems is Upland InterFAX solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our entire company shares 1 fax line and I maybe receive 1 out of 5 faxes that I am supposed to receive on the main line. Interfax has completely eliminated that issue, I never miss a fax these days.

"InterFax changed our business for the better"
What do you like best about Upland InterFAX?

We were looking for a secure service with limited issues/interruptions. We have found that in InterFAX. It is extremely user friendly and allows for increased efficiency of our team. We have ZERO issues with vendors having an inability to get faxes to and from us securely. The implemenation was so easy and the tech support/customer service is personal and rapid!

What do you dislike about Upland InterFAX?

InterFAX was initially an increased cost for us based on our prior provider. However, the features gained through InterFAX as well as the increased efficiency of our team, as well as, the captured referrals from faxes that were now able to get through that weren't easily offset the change in cost.

What problems is Upland InterFAX solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were unable to receive faxes from some referral sources based on security issues. InterFAX has completely eliminated that. Email to fax is a game changer for us. Our team is able to processes faxes much more quickly and efficiently.

What do you like best about Upland InterFAX?

I have used InterFax accross multiple companies. It is an easy faxing platform that can be quickly worked into any CRM. It allows for efficient faxing directly from CRM's with minimal programming from the CRM side. The desktop faxing platform is useful as well and quickly lets users fax documents that may not be directly linked to the CRM. Customer service is quick to respond to questions and provide information. Companies that I manage use the service all day to send and receive faxes.

What do you dislike about Upland InterFAX?

Multiple boxes have to be used if you have multiple fax numbers. While everything can be directed to one box, when using the desktop/online version, you can not see the PDF's when they come in to the box. You can see there is a PDF but you can not actually "see" the document to view it.

What problems is Upland InterFAX solving and how is that benefiting you?

At this time I have no problems with InterFax and have no support issues on going. They have helped previously with troubleshooting viewing issues, creating boxes, providing information to link to CRM.
