We like to keep data for our regular customers in an online system. This means when take custom orders its easy to see what we charged a customer in the past.
Simple to use but with a large number of features. Works well and still fast enough though cloud based.

Me and my time like the connection of the CRM. It gives us the possibilitie to work together no matter where we are
Sometimes we get stucked on stuff because, even in general is pretty easy to use, there's like a thousand options, so it's easy to get lost
to use all the options and explore what's possible to do with them
The speed of connections is the most important thing we are solving, pretty easy and useful

The best improvement that was made to the Upilot system years ago was the introduction of the 'clone deal' button. This saves so much time for multiple deal/transaction clients.
Not really a dislike, but it would be helpful if the timeline comments/updates were visable on the contacts as well as the entity ie under the Director as well as the Company view pages
Upilot is definately where I log my conversations I have with clients. Its hard to remember everything so when I make notes once I speak to people its definately a game changer when you're speaking to them again that they know you were listening and remembered : ))

Good interface when used via a desktop. But not sure why it can't be used via a smaller mobile Google chrome app.
Sometimes it can hang, but not sure if this is perhaps due to my internet bandwidth.
To suggest improvement - there has to be a feature to 'ping' us when new client comes in.
