What do you like best about UPilot?

Good interface when used via a desktop. But not sure why it can't be used via a smaller mobile Google chrome app.

What do you dislike about UPilot?

Sometimes it can hang, but not sure if this is perhaps due to my internet bandwidth.

To suggest improvement - there has to be a feature to 'ping' us when new client comes in.

What problems is UPilot solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about UPilot?

The clear and easy to use interface makes adding data clear and simple for any member of the team quickly.

What do you dislike about UPilot?

Nothing so far its all working well. Nice system.

We like to keep data for our regular customers in an online system. This means when take custom orders its easy to see what we charged a customer in the past.

What do you like best about UPilot?

Simple to use but with a large number of features. Works well and still fast enough though cloud based.

What do you dislike about UPilot?

All good so far cant complain about anything

Free trial means anyone can try it and see if they like it which they will.

What problems is UPilot solving and how is that benefiting you?

Working from home for our staff has been really hard the last year but Upilot makes it much easier to have meetings and collect notes from team members in one place.

What do you like best about UPilot?

Objectives - Revealing - Estimate - Close Ratio,... a ton of report you could empower as Dial in Upilot. They make Report in delightful, simple to see and track. That assist you with exploring deals process and plan and track for other action (group utilizing is incredible, I'm use for myself). 360 degree view, effectively add other action OR follow up. Pipeline and Arrangement table is beautiful, virtual.

What do you dislike about UPilot?

What do you like best about UPilot?

1. 360-degree view of the contact is great that help you could view not only the information of contact/ deal but also history working. They manage in 2 column page with the medium size it helps your eye work well

2. Deal is wonderful, these functions are made for B2B Sales Complex which could add many contact and position in the deal as Partner, Decision Maker, Sponsor.... Moreover, you could watch "working history with each parties join deal". Deal table virtual with a bar, probability, date, value... You could also create "Category/ Product" and "Add Payment Term" into the Product. For i.e: Product: Package 1, Category: Store 1, Payment term: Monthly ...

3. Pipeline view in contact and separate by "Status", then you could set it as Lead pipeline OR Status of Account/ Company you want to manage, depend on your mindset.

4. Synced email 2 way without 3rd join that you do not switch between CRM & Mail-app with affordable price

5. UI is modern, cool, and safe with your eyes with "Dark Mode"

6. They have report as insight let you know everything as Contact Progress/ Scorecard very great and nice to try with.

7. Org chart function help you know how many people you should know and must go to deal.

8. Customization is the best for data entry they provide Checklist, Date time You vs Your Prospect time, Choose show Section in each Contact or Deal Stage.

9. Customize Deals Stage with Custom Fields mean only display in each stage you set up not in whole stage. Really customize

10. Workplace/ Dashboard show the target team/ invidual and Deals close in 30 day/ >6 0 day they organize in a box for you

What do you dislike about UPilot?

1. Once pipeline for sales only

2. Note in "Schedule call" is separated to 2 part not included together that make a bit confuse in timeline

3. Bulk Editing for customization OR other column in table is not offered, could edit some default column as well. If you edit in advanced should strongly consider this, waste a lot of time to manual edit that gain unexpect stress

4. Can't adding multiple contact in a "Meeting OR Demo" activity

5. Advanced Report is not offer they only have some of basic report as sales target vs actually, sales forecast, deal overview, deals lost reason, contact staus change

6. Taks bug display "today" even task closed for month ago

Recommendations to others considering UPilot:

If you looking for a CRM for B2B Sales/ SMBs/ Soloentrepreneur with the need as Contact Management, Deal virtual in table view/ forecast, Pipeline colorful easily watching, Customization to meet your requirement, 360 Degree View Contact, Insight of you business/ activity/ working, Goals & Gap set up for years/ 02 years/ 5 years and in front of your eyes, 2-way-email sysned WITHOUT upgrade package, talk to sales, limited function, pay more to use, then Upilot is a good choice for you. In fact, they include everything in one package then the price maybe little bit higher than other, just a little bit. Belive me with the lowest package and price - It's worth for you. I looking for these style of CRM for years. You should try it!

Update for you the new org chart thatlead you know who missing to help you sell better and move deal forward

1. Deal function with Multiple Contact add in one deal and separate role in deal plus product & Category included.

2. 360-degree view is smart, medium font size, customization

3. Insight beauty to get to know

4. Pipeline view is colorful, the forecast is great

5. A lot of Dial could add to set-up target, tracking

6. Email 2 way synced to work

7. Org chart help me to organise my sales better when I know where is stuck and who was missed

8. Task Management is critical with pipeline view then you could easily edit or move to other date

9. Taks show related information for you to know not need to click to Contact/ Deals/ Company to see details. Its separate between module and details of task.

10. Tab display it reduce your click and focus, you will see whole information of each module and only see one cant open new tab and not impacted to your browser history. Only one tab

Me and my time like the connection of the CRM. It gives us the possibilitie to work together no matter where we are

Sometimes we get stucked on stuff because, even in general is pretty easy to use, there's like a thousand options, so it's easy to get lost

What do you like best about UPilot?

It organizes all customer contact information and lists the various employees in terms of point of contact sales potential.

What do you dislike about UPilot?

It can take a long time to set the application up and we experienced some glitches early on that would prevent us from editing any of our client information and having it save.

What problems is UPilot solving and how is that benefiting you?

It really helps our company keep on top of sales tasks as it lists out our clients and their organizations in terms of present sales potential. UPilot helps us stay on task.

What do you like best about UPilot?

The best improvement that was made to the Upilot system years ago was the introduction of the 'clone deal' button. This saves so much time for multiple deal/transaction clients.

What do you dislike about UPilot?

Not really a dislike, but it would be helpful if the timeline comments/updates were visable on the contacts as well as the entity ie under the Director as well as the Company view pages

What problems is UPilot solving and how is that benefiting you?

Upilot is definately where I log my conversations I have with clients. Its hard to remember everything so when I make notes once I speak to people its definately a game changer when you're speaking to them again that they know you were listening and remembered : ))
