L'attribution des tâches à des membres de l'équipe est très appreciable, nous pouvons ainsi répartir automatiquement les relances par compte et/ou tâche.
Les tableaux de reporting directement accessibles sur la plateforme permettent de suivre les indicateurs de recouvrement sans avoir à exporter les données et les travailler sur Excel.
L'outil nous aide donc à avoir une meilleure organisation sur les actions de recouvrement à faire, il nous permet d'avoir une plateforme unique où retrouver toutes les informations sur les impayés et de suivre le recouvrement.

Je n'ai pas de point à mentionner. Nous avons eu dans les débuts quelques axes d'améliorations à transmettre à notre chargée de compte, mais il y a régulièrement des MAJ qui viennent solutionner les blocages les plus fréquents. Et la chargée de compte reste toujours disponible et réactive pour proposer des solutions alternatives et ainsi contourner le moindre souci.

It's the best tool I've used for far to track A/R accros multiple entities and accounting systems. It allows you to standardize your process while enabling the need for localization.
You are up and running in no time and can quickly see the benefits and results from the workflows. It's the perfect combination of automation and manual customization for any specific situation.
It has quite a few native integrations available "out of the box" which makes the setup very smooth.
In our case, we had one local accounting tool which didn't have a native integration and the team at Upflow.io worked closely with us to find a 3rd party integrator that could develop the integration.
I'm also very fond on their analytics dashboard which is highly customizable and provides a lot of different insights.

There is nothing a dislike about Upflow. Each time we request new dashboard or feature, the product team takes into account our requests.

We chose to go with Upflow because we were struggling to loop in our Sales and CS teams in the AR process. Indeed, before using the platform, we had to manually export the data from our billing system and ask the business teams to collaborate with Finance on Gsheets. This was highly time-consuming for them and a source of frustration for the Finance team as we had little to no visibility on the actions they were taking.
We decided to evaluate several solutions. Most of the ones we looked at were too limited to simple automation, while Upflow appeared as the perfect fit for what we were trying to achieve.
Cherry on the cake, I've never seen such a smooth integration process, as it took just a few clicks to integrate it within our stack.
Game-changer!
Our CS and Sales teams told us this would be great to be able to call from Upflow, as most of their interaction happens on the phone. We fed this info back to the Upflow team, but I believe they were about to roll it out...!

- We communicated with our customers much more frequently that we used to, while we boosted the quality of the overall process - collaborative, using different channels, and applying tailored process to our customers, which are very different from one to another
- But most of all, we got paid way faster, and now maintain our DSO at a very healthy level!

Dunning used to be much work and time consuming for us.

The automation of workflows has saved me and my team a world of pain. It's cut down admin time significantly and also reduced our debtors. Rather than hiring a new finance administrator, Upflow saved me the costs and does the chasing for me. This is AR management at it's best. the development team is very hands so any new feature requests are turned around very quickly.

As an early stage start-up, we wanted to focus our efforts on the initiatives that would drive growth for our company. I would add in-app recommendations to drive improvements on cash collection. Upflow has a lot of data coming from the billing systems, so I think it’d be interesting for the tool to suggest modifications to bring to the collections strategy. I think they were working on it at the time I left the company.
