I enjoy working with Updraft Plus because it's so simple to use and goal-oriented. We use it on all our websites and sincerely, It's worth it.

The plugin offers a variety of backup options (local storage and cloud storage). The cloud storage option is my favorite because it allows us to store our site's content directly on Drive and Dropbox which helps to save extra space on our servers that would have been used up by the backups.

I usually perform both the cloud and local storage backups (for safety convenience) and restoring the backups is super easy and straightforward.

Before getting to know UpdraftPlus, I'd tried a few options and honestly, it's the best among a few that actually works well

There is nothing that I don't like about this plugin, the developers are actually doing a great job and all I can say is a "big up" for their professional work model

Before changing the website, before installing a new plugin, or removing an installed plugin, we make a backup with UpdraftPlus, and even download that BU to the office computer. Just to be sure, creating peace of mind.

Example: the backup is splitting up the plugins. Numbering those backed-up plugins starts at (2); the first batch doesn't have a number. I would like the first batch to have (1). For the rest: no complaints. The plugin is extraordinary.

OK. I have to admit it. I did watch a few YouTube videos and tutorials. But it involved simple steps, it gave feedback during the process, and it worked exactly as described. My entire WordPress site displayed perfectly on first launch with no changes needed (by me anyway). All the scripts and changes were done by the Migration process. The only thing I will mention is that you have to click the very small 3 dots menu when you go to send the backup to the other site where you can chose the plugins, themes, etc. It doesn't expand that list and the buttons until you click those 3 dots. Other than that, it just worked. Thanks for a great product!

I did have to install the downloaded version on each instance. But it takes 3 minutes.

It helped me quickly transfer my WordPress hosting site when the one I was on was having major technical difficulties. It also lets me backup my site and transfer the files locally (via Dropbox for me) automatically.

Having backups I can rely on has saved both my companies a lot of heartaches, having our sites hacked or broken by wonky updates has been a breeze running a restore and getting up and running in minutes not days. we use the backup to one drive feature so I have my backups archived on one drive, can't ask for more, I'm so happy with this product we recommend it to all our customers.

Can't say I have found any issues with the product, it updates on a regular basis

Giving me a reliable system to keep our production websites running safely is a win for us

It's simplicity compared to the great set of features.

Nothing... The developers are constantly improving the plugin and it is getting better all the time.

Backup's and Migration turn into such simple things that I sometimes forget how painful those things were back in the days.

The backups are complete and even when errors interfere at restore, the log is very helpful to find what it is. In the end, it just works!

A cheaper single-site license would be nice.

It is well worth the effort to install and keep good backups of your website using this plugin.

UpdraftPlus was able to recover my crashed website in minutes. Simple as can be to restore. Overall a great plugin.

It does what it says on the tin. A robust, secure, intuitive piece of software (even if you are not exceptionally technically minded) that allows you to safely backup and recover one or more sites. Other addons do that, but Updraft premium enables you to migrate and clone your sites rather than the messy SQL editing and searching through the code for buried URLs and links, at little cost.

It has saved my bacon on more than one occasion as I have inadvertently broken a site and recovered it in a day (delete the old one, install basic WordPress, Updraft addon, recover and go).

Honestly ...I can't think of a thing I didn't like.

My recommendation is to do it - use it, try it, and you will see what I mean.

I am developing numerous sites with different focuses, and UpdraftPlus allows me to create a working clone before I potentially accidentally break a site. If I do break it, I can easily recover it using UpdraftPlus.

It just works. Migrated a site just now, Elementor Pro, Astra Pro, and a bunch of other plugins and associated configurations, and it apparently worked flawlessly the first time. This never happens in my experience, and I've been a professional coder for over 30 years. Amazing, kudos, my hat is off. Thank you.

Nothing to dislike so far. Maybe UpdraftPlus could throw in dinner reservations for two at a nice restaurant.

The business problem was: deploy a completely new WordPress site from dev to production. The benefit as noted is that it worked with a few button clicks.

It automatically backs up my website and it is very easy to restore it to a previous state. The free version has some limitations (you can only send backups to one destination) and you can't change the time of the day it creates the backup. Those are by no means dealbreakers for me. I keep the main backups in dropbox and I download them to be offline from there. If you definetily need the pro features, the upgrade is worth it.

I can choose the frecuency of backups (even every 2 hours) and how many copies I want to store. I've never had issues with the pugin and the company behind it has a proven track record of reliability.
