Easy to use, versatile pdf editing tool with lots of features

What do you like best about UPDF?

I've been using UPDF for a month and I'm already impressed as to how intuitive UPDF is and I can now edit pdfs without messing up the formatting!

What do you dislike about UPDF?

The platform does struggle when working with larger files and it an occasionally freeze with multiple page documents.

What problems is UPDF solving and how is that benefiting you?

It solves the problem of editing text directly within a pdf. The platform makes form filling and document signing seamless and its OCR technology converts a scanned document into editable text which saves hours of work.

What do you like best about UPDF?

I've been using UPDF for a while now, and I must say, it's one of the best PDF tools I've ever worked with. The user interface is modern, intuitive, and easy to navigate. Whether I'm editing, annotating, converting, or organizing my PDF documents, UPDF handles everything smoothly and efficiently.

I especially appreciate how fast it loads large files and how seamless the editing features are. It's great to have such a powerful tool that doesn't overwhelm with complexity. The OCR functionality is also top-notch, and the ability to work across platforms is a big plus.

Purchasing by a permanent licence, which Adobe does not have.

I can not find anything to complain about compared to Acrobat Pro.

Wonderful tool

What do you like best about UPDF?

fast, easy to use. the interface helps you doing a lot with your pdfs

What do you dislike about UPDF?

it looks impossible to create a text box to compile pdf files without borders

updf is very helpful for research, making fast and easy to ask files what they're about, translating and taking notes

I have found it lacking nothing and providing me some features I have not used with Acrobat A Great alternitive to the Adobe Suites Acrobat Pr

What do you like best about UPDF?

This software does everything that Adobe Acrobat does, including ssome features it formerly had and has removed. It has also added some useful AI features.

What do you dislike about UPDF?

I am always a bit suspicious of the ownership of software but as I no longer do any secure work, I feel that there is no risk using this useful tool

What problems is UPDF solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am using it instead of Adobe Acrobat as I am trying to wean myself off their Adobe Suite.

OCR scanned docs Best PDF Viewer I’ve Used

What do you like best about UPDF?

UPDF is easy to navigate and has all the tools I need. It’s OCR is very good and it was a fraction of the cost of Adobe and other pdf viewers

What do you dislike about UPDF?

The only downside is that it doesn’t auto OCR a document when you open it. You have to hit the OCR button and save a new file.

What do you like best about UPDF?

What I like best about UPDF is the ability to edit almost any pdf format without the hassle of editing over n over the encryption is very good especially for getting straight to what u need done!

What do you dislike about UPDF?

The least thing I like is certain type of files u have to delete the back to edit words if this can be fixed this will be the best pdf out there !

Quick editing helps me save time and move onto more tasks!.

Very light version and easy to use. Just enough for my purposes

If You do not remember cancel the AI option You got extra costs

Need just lightweight software to edit some documents every month. No need to all fancy features what are in Acrobat Easy to use .
