I bought a 6 month subscription from One Safe PC Cleaner from UPCLICK yesterday and was unable to install it on my mom's laptop. I contacted them and asked for a refund which they claimed they have processed back to my card. I will check to see if that goes through and come back and give them a really good rating with 5 stars. So update today 10/15/24 I look on my card and NO Refund. It was pending yesterday and they took it instead of refunded it...so when I receive my refund I will boost this to a 5 star rating with a good review. Update as of 10/18/2024 I called my card company and they started a dispute the next day I looked and saw that I was refunded my money back. Thank you. The customer service is very nice and helpful as I could not install their program only due to the fact that my mom's laptop was very old. They were understanding and issued me my refund.

Update!!!!Nachdem ich hier meine Luft abelassen habe und mir hier Gehör verschafft hatte will ich wie angekündigt Fairness halber meine Wertung korrigieren. Es ging schneller als gedacht, bekam ich eine Email mit der kompletten Abwicklungsbestätigung mit einem Link um die Vollversion runter zu laden. Dann braucht man sich nur zu registrieren und schon sollte es los gehen. Ehrlich gesagt hatte ich keine Hoffnung und wollte schon nicht mehr. Doch dann hab ich es doch runtergeladen, und mich registriert. Ging beides wirklich Ruck Zuck und los ging es auch schon mit dem Programm. Dann traf mich der Schlag!! Ein Kinderleichtes Programm. Ich habe seit vielen Jahren schon viel Software ausprobiert aber dieses ist echt der Hammer!! Es war genauso schön wie es angekündigt wurde. Aber liebe Leute, warum verschreckt Ihr mit Eurem Bestellprozess so dermaßen Eure Kunden. Ändert das unbedingt. Denn dieses Produkt ist wirklich gut. Ich bin mir sicher dass Ihr Eure Vorgehensweise ändert deswegen 5 Sterne nur für das Programm!!!Hallo, da ich den Eindruck habe dass upcklick hier schneller reagiert als in deren Support, raie ich mich mal ein. Nachdem auch ich vergeblich auf meinen Aktivierungsschlüssel warte rief ich mehrmals bei verschiedenen Hotlines an. Steht ja auch in der Bestätigungsmail. Zuerst sollte ich paar Tage warten. Ok, dann nochmal anrufen. Ok. Mehrmals wie hier beschrieben, Zugriff auf mein Lap Top usw. was ich alles natürlich nicht erlaube. Deinstallieren, neu kaufen. Für eine Aktivierung?? Nach vielen Telefonaten kommt doch her raus dass man mich nicht finden kann?? Trotz Bestellbestätigung, Namen, PLZ, Kontoabbuchung?? Es wirkt auf mich sehr Befremdend, da sich ein Verwaltungsapparat dahinter verbirgt der auch bezahlt werden muss. So kann ich jedem nur empfehlen: Finger weg und weiter ziehen.
