Overall, my experience with UnSpot has been positive. There have been a few glitches here and there. but their customer support is top-notch and always quick to resolve any issues.

The software is easy to learn and use, which is great for someone like me who doesn't have a lot of time to spend figuting things out. The support team is also incredibly responsive and even follows up to make sure everything's sorted. 

I wish there was an option for administratirs to receive email notiffications when spaces are booked. Right now, I have to log in multiple times a day to check on bookings, which can be a bit of a hassle
