serious issue with dire consequences

After finding a problem on a Sunday evening immediately lodged a support ticket. Damien was on the case first thing Monday morning, we had cc'd several people into the ticket as it involved a team from outside our Company as well. Several people all adding to the conversation and Damien kept everyone fully updated. Resolved the issue which could have been a major for us this early in the month with full consideration & understanding for the consequences we faced. There is no way when you log a support call to indicate the seriousness of the issue and it couldn't have been picked up and acted on any quicker by the Unleashed team which allowed for smooth continuity. Not the first time Damien has assisted us either, his dedication for successful outcomes, quick results and happy customers is a real credit to all. Thanks Unleashed Team - love your work!
