Strong Password Generator, Secure Password Storage, User Friendly Interface, Seamless Browser Integration
Mobile App Issues, Occasional Software Bugs, Limited Browser Compatibility, 2FA Friction
Unikey is a password manager well-regarded for its user-friendly interface and seamless integration across devices. Users consistently praise its ability to store passwords securely, automate logins, and streamline 2FA authentication. The most common complaint revolves around the need for phone approval for every login, which some users find inconvenient. A few issues have also been reported with the Chrome plugin and compatibility with older laptops. While some users wish for more advanced features and customization options, overall, Unikey is considered a valuable tool for enhancing security and simplifying password management for both individuals and teams.

- Rest all is good.
Storing of passwords is what Uniqkey is solving for me plus saving my time on automation. Earlier I used to use another password manager and browser too. But now I have a single password manager for all my work creds.
The most amazing feature of Uniqkey is 2FA autofill, I mean it's really insane in terms of usablity, I don't even have to enter my 2fa codes manually, everything is automatic.
I remember, i used to use myki and it has the same but they disconutniued I think. And Uniqkey is perfect yet secure alterantive.
Easy to activate, got their email with 3 steps process and it's done.
So far only onboarding was done by customer team rest is pretty straitgt forward.
In terms of frequency, I use Uniqkey almost daily including my peresonal logins.
The homescreen of the app. It feels like I was stuck somewhere but i wasen't
It helps me manage work passwords and personal passwords. I also use their secure Notes feature which is pretty common though. Moreover the Quick login helps me save a lot of my time.
Easy installation and setup, and the follow-up training / Q&A with a real human was easy, informative, and fast. No frills! It does exactly what we need to support our security policy.
It is always hard to get an organization to adopt a new technology / process. This isn't unique to Uniqkey ;)
It supports our ISO 27001 certification. We are a tech company, so meeting and following the rigorous ISO criteria is a priority!
I've been using 1Password in my old job, and though I'm very happy with it, I think that UniqKey have something more to offer.
The UniqKey support is super good! If I have a problem or a challenge with something that I would like to have sorted out so I can continue working or logging in. Then within a few minutes a Supporter will contact me.
So regarding the UniqKey Support, it's more than satisfying!
Regarding the use of UniqKey, then I like that idea behind it, that if I'm having problems logging into a site and I report it to UniqKey support, then they will open it up for all the UniqKey users.
This means that instead of everyone having to write to UniqKey that there's a problem on a specific website, then it's shared amoung the users.
We're a company that's growing rapidly and the supports of UniqKey are very interested for things that can be improved.
It's also super to integrate and implement, and we use it a lot within the Company.
So instead of having our employees write all their passwords down in their books, then we use UniqKey.
It's a great way to protect our users passwords.
I haven't found anything specific that I dislike about UniqKey.
Instead of us having to write down the passwords on various documents then we can better define a standard for everyone within the company to save the passwords.
There's features that we really use and are really happy about. One of those is the feature of being able to share a login.
So instead of asking for the users password, which is a big no go, then we can simply share the login, so that we won't compromise the password or login.
I have changed most of my passwords that I use various places to 72 characters.
I no longer have to remember any of them as I have UniqKey.
That it is easy to come in contact with a worker through Microsoft Team chat for extra customer support.
I would like that the app have more setting for auto login.
Adding security to the company and its workers.

5. When a site having troubles with inserting username/password, Uniqkey will fix it very fast.
I haven't founde anything yet and haven't had any problems with it.
We can see where users use their credentials and how good the passwords are.
Besides a very userfriendly approach in the application and a transparent policy,
the feature I like best is the service Uniqkey provides.
If a website is not yet compatible with the tool, they can always quickly add it to their repertoire.
Their team is an excellent help in onboarding everybody in your company and explaining the tool and its importance to all users.
As with all security features, there is a little hassle to be this secure.
In this case, you need to remember to bring your phone.
Because of Uniqkey's transparent policy, we can cover the requirement to keep the password data inside the EU.

The features i love most include password sharing without it being visible to the sharee. Managing passwords for teams, migrating passwords from users to other users, and the fact it can be used privately as well.
The tool is easy to use, it just requires a short explanation to get through the basics.
It's easy to make groups, and is also integratable with other systems like Microsoft. It can then take the groups from your Microsoft directorly to create password groups.
The customer service is crazy fast, they usually respond within minutes with an actual fix and not just a "your ticket has been received".
We use this tool throughout the day, and i personally use it for private matters as well.
You cannot register a second device as a key, this is inconvenient for our users whom have a private and business phone, and would like to have it on both.
It would be great if i could store passwords via phone as well, currently you can only use the stored passwords, but not register new ones via iPhone.
Sharing passwords in a safe way, removing password sheets and such, sharing importand and secured notes.
