incorporates all nine aspects of project management, and really helped me stay focused. The document management, financial management, project collaboration, risk management, issues management, and resource planning are very useful and helped my team communicate better.

Its hard to understand. We sometimes did not feel safe trusting all data with this program because many members were unable to use it to their best advantage. There was a hotline for assistance but I had great trouble making sense out of it and where to place the documents.

Use trello, its clearer and can help with data In a more consistent manner

a benefit was the portfolio it gave us to organize our data, helped understand our information in a more clear fashion. Problems I had with the program included cost and time management sections.

All my project data is kept consistent and it allows me to include multiple models. Enables me to manage all my data and architecture in a centralized manner.

Not that user friendly or easy to understand for non techincal people. Could do better on the interface part.
