I would love to have more freedom in customizing SOAP notes

For a small clinic, Unified Practice allows a practice to achieve its next level.

With Unified Practice, our practice is able to completely go paperless and have greater patient followup

It has the all the access that provider would needed, like patient record, patient eligibility and benefits, send claims directly, it has the red flag where we can keep benifits.

The think that I don't like about this software is, they should give add or remove option in chat function. They have all add option not the delete one.

Creating the report, of all paid and denied claims.

My boss used this and I did sometimes as well to help be quicker at the chiropractic practice.

It took a little while to get used to using this software but this is common. It was mostly for my boss but I needed to learn to use it to help him organize.

Take your time when you are trying to learn this software. It is easy to use once you give it some time.

It really helped us at the chiropractor to narrow down searches and overall just organize our work.
