What a GREAT value!!!
What do you like best about UltraCamp?
UltraCamp takes care of ALL camping and conference center needs within an integrated system for an affordable price that is mostly based off of per/registration model (some of the modules below were an extra fee).
What do you dislike about UltraCamp?
•Event Registrations (which includes all medical information)

Ultracamp has made my life easier
What do you like best about UltraCamp?
That I can schedule emails, payments, and confirmations without having to send them manually. I also love the customer service. Justin is amazing
What do you dislike about UltraCamp?
I don't like that I can't just copy and paste sessions from year to year, I have to enter repeat information over and over again.
Recommendations to others considering UltraCamp?
If you can't figure it out, their support team will. Amazing, friendly company that strives to improve
What problems is UltraCamp solving and how is that benefiting you?
We switched over to this software because our previous software had a lot of limitations with automatic payments and mass emails. We have realized this software is much more user friendly and we have had much fewer complaints from customers using this program.

UltraCamp's Support is Outstanding!
What do you like best about UltraCamp?
It is rare to find a company whose employees are this patient and helpful. UltraCamp reps are knowledgeable about each part of their software, and they are happy to walk you through it. This level of service and the great/simple interface, plus the ability to run reports on just about anything make UltraCamp a terrific value!
What do you dislike about UltraCamp?
At times, the phone lines are busy and you get their voicemail. That can be frustrating if your question is time-sensitive. However, they always get back to you and your issue is always solved.
Recommendations to others considering UltraCamp?
As you're first becoming acquainted with the software, ask lots of question. It's really helpful to know the full scope of what you can do and how. UltraCamp reps even helped us create custom reports and rolls for our specific organization.
What problems is UltraCamp solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use this service for summer camp registration, and are just beginning to utilize the retreat/facilities booking service. I can't say enough about the intuitive design. Previous software we used had disjointed records, glitches, and had to be installed on one computer. With UltraCamp, we have lots of control and get to squeeze more productivity out of our work.

A delightful camp time
What do you like best about UltraCamp?
The UltraCamp customer service may be my favorite part. I am not by nature a technology person. Whenever I have questions I always call the help line and they are able to easily walk me trough solving my problems. That I am greateful for.
What do you dislike about UltraCamp?
As a camp professional, I am always on the go. UltraCamp is not always on the go. I would love to be able to have an app so I could effectively look things up. I do get the issue of privacy and security, but even potentially making a mobile friendly version would be ideal.
Recommendations to others considering UltraCamp?
Go for it! You never know unless you try!
What problems is UltraCamp solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not sure I am solving a whole lot...but our camp depends on kids getting registered! That is happening, and I am thankful.
