As the owner of an accounting firm, I was looking for a reasonable and simple solution to track working time. To my joy, it turned out that Uku is not just a time-tracking software but is tailor-made for accountants. I can use it right away without any significant setup.It’s easy to track time, delegate tasks, analyse the usage of working time and do many other things. In addition, Ukus has a particularly friendly and helpful customer service. Sinihobu Raamatupidamisbüroo has been using it for several years and recommends it to others!

Task planning in UKU is easy, allows me to either add memebers of my team that are responsible of certain tasks or that just need to follow along and see the progress.
The abilty to see everyones hours have made it easy to bill the Clients.
Any inquiries we have had are quickly responded by the team at UKU and their internal guidelines are easy to use and allow make new projects and set up new employees easly.
The in-browser approach makes it easy to integarte in our day to day lives.
It has made my work planning more effective, and I always start my day by reviewing what I have to do in UKU and how my team is doing. it has made it so much easier to evaluate the productivity of my team and see how much time certain tasks will take.
I am still trying to figure out, or maybe it is not a feature, how to sync UKU with my Outlook calendar, since all my meeting planning goes trough Outlook.
It takes a bit of time to plan tasks that are not Client accounting related, such as AML.
Time tracking, Client billing and overtime tracking. With several people working on one Client, it can be hard to bill, especially see when we have done more work then the fixed price agreed. UKU is resolving this issue.

Now also, all the client’s contacts are in one place. Uku is everything mentioned before. We have already used it for over two years. Small problems sometimes, but Uku's customer support deals with problems quickly.
You always have a task list (very handy with repetitive tasks) and can quickly add even small tasks, so you don't forget anything. Timekeeping and time management - very helpful, especially with home offices and flexible working hours.
