UiPath RPA helps us to get over tedious work and makes it faster to get ROI. And coming to UiPath Studio in specific, it's a user-friendly platform to build code, deploy, manage and run bots when compared to it's competitors.

There are so many new products released in recent times which actually helps us to get rid of additional/ external applications/ services we use in daily basis in automation. UiPath is good at providing the required resources for its users.

Not much at the moment. But, there are couple of things like the documentations in the portal which are not pretty straight forward although they satisfy the need.

Compared to other RPA tools, UiPath is the best to at it's GUI and easy to understand and get going. It's fun to do development in Studio and easy to debug the issues. The way UiPath release it's products based on community feedback/ request is amazing. Most of the available UiPath products are more of a use where the competitors lack.

Eliminating mundane tasks and focusing on other important aspects which boots our productivity and also gets quick ROI.

Also, helps us to get the work done the way faster when compared to human effort and also can reduce the human mistakes.

Reduces the labour count and cost associated with that, get rid of delays and blocks due to any unexpected situations like COVID-19. RPA usage is a simple example here in this situation while kept work done without/ minimal human interaction.

It is complicated to use as campare to automation anywhere

I encountered issues with an older version of a package, and upon reaching out to the UI Path support team, they recommended updating the package, resulting in its proper functionality.

In UiPath everything which we are using within the application is really good and is of great learning. But still I find recording section the best section according to me.

Its a great platform to perform easily without coding anything.

I do not dislike anything I guess but still I think UiPath should concentrate more and more on working under virtual environment i.e. Virtual Machines(Server side).

Its a great tool for automation.

UiPath offers greatest set of functions that works with almost all types of applications that exists. It is a great tool for deployment of large scale automation throughout your enterprise. It is so simple to use that even a person with no prior experience in IT would find it easy to automate. Also deployment and management of bots are easy through orchestrator. RE framework also standardised a lot of automations. It has a large community that solves almost all issues that one can encounter even the customer support is great . I have been automating quite a lot of processes through UiPath daily. Also it integrates nicely with web, windows , mainframes, Java and SAP applications.

Although I would be nitpicking but the UI can be improved considering the toolset it has to offer.

UiPath helps us in saving a lot of FTEs and a accuracy in claims processing. It has eliminated human errors and helped us achieving great consistency.

RPA is such a great tool for eliminating the need for employees to spend their time with clerical/repetitive tasks. It always the employees to have more freedom to work on the complex tasks such as collaboration, growth strategies, and other tools to help grow their business. RPA also minimizes the risk for clerical errors because it completes the process the same way everytime without forgetting or missing any steps. The customer support tools are also great.

The only downside that I have seen is the high pricing for certain features such as AI Center and AI units in comparison to other platforms. However, UiPath integrates very easily with most bigger 3rd party systems, so this makes it more affordable.

UiPath intelligent document processing solves the need for humans to manually process data on various documents. It benefits our company a lot in the public sector by assisting with financial reporting and HR processes.

I love that I do nnot have to know coding for this product. I build bots for my company using the program and have automated 6 processes saving us over $500. I find the support most friendly and helpful. Kevin is awesome at answering questions and providing helpful suggestions when we are stuck on a project.

I would love to see more intuitive recomendations of nthe things I need to do. I will be using the web and the auto pilot for sure.

we aree able to cut the workload for our experts by at least 20% by automating thee mundane copy paste and rule based deccisions for them in their processess

UiPath has been incredibly easy to implement and build into our own processes at Ciox Health. We have over 100 automations running now and continue to add more all the time. It is a great product and the support from UiPath is always top notch. They make everything easy as possible.

The only issue we regularly encounter is pinning down an exact issue. Sometimes a feature will fail or break and while there will be some documentation on how to correct. We most commonly have to search much deeper on forums. But the forums are great.

It has greatly aided in record retrieval and that means we get more records passed along to patients and insurance companies.

There are a lot of features available to automate business processes. Using UiPath we can read/write/edit/delete mail, documents, or application value. Also, this UiPath tool has a user-friendly interface. We can integrate this tool into other tools using API. We can easily create automation scripts. Also, the customer support is very good. We are using this tool every day. We implement this tool to automate our business processes such as data entry, validation report, sending automated values, and store values.

Sometimes, the packages are not supported, or some of the activity contains some bugs, it is not working properly.

We are using this tool for our business process in various departments like HR, Finance, BPO, operations, QA, and Business analysis teams. They will be coming up with business processes and we will help them use this tool we create automation scripts to reduce their effort and ensure the accuracy of the data.

Uipath has an amazing ability to automate mundane and repetitive tasks. It's User Interface is very good. UiPath is easy to learn and use, if someone knows less coding then they can also learn the UiPath, there is great support from the UiPath community and forum. UiPath has many functionalities where we can just drag and drop and complete our tasks.

It is a great tool, i would highly recommend UiPath for RPA.

There is great support from UiPath Community. UiPath has an amazing bot feature that extracts the required field from any of the PDFs. UiPath has a very good user Interface. Another thing I like is the thorough documentation which is updated weekly with new activities.

UiPath worked well for my task. Nothing from my side to dislike about UiPath.

we have used UiPath for web automation, and process automation. UiPath has been very helpful for us, we were able to automate complex tasks, extracts email, invoices, spreadsheets, etc. With the help of UiPath, we were able to link our multiple concurrent workflows with it. It has made our work easier with its amazing features.
