Upskill your organization through virtual training
With Udemy Business, a universe of curated, cutting-edge knowledge explodes before me, ready to fuel my insatiable learning engine. Each challenge becomes a playground, every topic a portal, and offline access fuels my explorations, all guided by progress tracking that lets me map my own mastery.
Udemy Business's occasional quality inconsistency and lack of hands-on labs can sometimes leave me craving deeper dives and practical application.
Udemy Business dismantles knowledge barriers, offering a dynamic, adaptable learning buffet that satiates my curiosity, accelerates skill development, and empowers me to conquer any domain, all while bridging the gap between theory and practice through curated content and progress tracking, ultimately shaping me into a versatile learning machine.
I find Udemy for Business to be a valuable resource for employee development. The platform offers a diverse range of courses, providing our team with relevant skills and knowledge.
These are often pre-recorded, limiting interactive elements compared to live or instructor-led training. There is also inconsistency in course content and instructor expertise.
I can learn at their own pace, fitting training into their schedules without disrupting workflow of my current schedule: I like that I am able to get immeadate access to up-to-date content, keeping teams current with industry trends and advancements.
It has a very responsive web application and mobile application. Users can also download the playlist on mobile and watch the lessons on the go while traveling to the office.
The UI is a bit cluttered on the website. Sometimes it becomes a bit of an issue to find the simplest options.
It is helping us to assign the new courses to the existing and new employees in the team. Existing ones can re-skill and learn along with their day-to-day work and those who are yet to get the project assignments can learn new stack.
Udemy is the best platform to sell course and earn money from it. We sell our courses on udemy and it is very easy to upload the video course and sell it. Customer support is also very active on email. We have uploaded many courses on udemy and it was a very easy task. We use udemy for all our courses and track them daily.
Module section in the course can be made better, and visibility to new course is quite low.
We sell our courses on udemy and it is one of the best platform.
Udemy is the world's largest teaching platform for students, professionals and home makers about the information they want to learn in depth. Udemy is easy to use and also the lecturer will be providing notes along with video's and also the related articles for future use.We can access the Udemy for lifetime if we opt for an course. I believe it as great tool to bring my future in bright colors.
Sometimes due to updates in course they might remove the crses that you are undergoing and show some suggestions to take up the course with some other lecturer. Though its for our goodness, we might be in middle of the old course and may feel bad to again start with new one.
It helps us in developing in depth knowledge in our core area, Communication and also provides certification.
The library which covers from cooking to deep technical videos to learn from,

I loved the variety of class offerings. It was easy to assign learning paths to my staff. They also took advantage of classes that they liked and thought would be helpful to their careers. There was a to of features and variety. We were able to quickly implement it across the team using reporting for senior leaders to see how the staff was using time to increase and hone their skills
There really was nothing about Udemy that I did not like. If anything, it was that there were so many classes to choose from, it was easy to get lost in options.
- Limited time and budget for offsite learning. Udemy made it easy to take classes and increase skill levels at an employee's own pace
- Engagement - the investment in learning was well received by staff. They were able to couple my learning recommendations with areas they wanted to improve in. That included classes that maybe just sparked some excitement and allowed them to focus on engancment
- Management Reproting. I was able to share learning paths that aligned with annual PAs.

Wide variety of courses that are available. Additionally, I like how Udemy can create personalized paths depending on a topic of your interest, to basically be specialized.
Sometimes, some facilitators make updates to the courses because the materials were updated etc, but I either loose all progress or sometimes they just add the new material next to the old one which inflates the amount of hours a course takes to be completed. I went from a 21 hours course to a 45 hour course because he just added all the material on top, basically duplicated. He should make separate courses and there should be a legacy course option or revisions for users to select.
Is helping our organization to provide access to very important knowledge at a lower cost compared to purchasing courses 1 by 1, since they can be quite more expensive.
