Flexible and robust construction tool

PROS: We have optimized UDA as a platform to deal with clients and build relationships. Through UDA, we could provide detailed responses, as accompanied by various files. We also get responses or feedbacks faster. In addition, scheduling tasks and estimating their time of completion helped me plan ahead with more conciseness. Customization was also limitless. We could rearrange the dashboard or remove commands if we deem them redundant.

"Versatile tool for construction management"

What do you like best?

Tracking and scheduling of my projects as from the estimations to the time of completion has really been made easier. The client portal has really helped in making communications very powerful between us and our clients. We can send emails and get back comments from our clients. We are also able to limit our clients on features that will lead them to higher productivity other than those that are not beneficial to them.

What do you dislike?

I have no negative comments so far since this software is of great impact into our organization. The workflow has really been made easier and we are really pleased.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

The best software to use when you really need to estimate your cost from the time you start the project to the time of completion. The staff support are also honest and willing to help whenever you have a request or question and therefore I highly recommend others to use this software.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

With online scheduling we are able to perform different tasks at go without involving so many people thus saving time and money. Client portal is another feature that has really brought a positive impact into our organization as communication has greatly improved.

"Robust construction solution"

What do you like best about UDA ConstructionOnline?

UDA construction online thought of everything when they designed this software. I can't think of a feature or function they neglected considering.

What do you dislike about UDA ConstructionOnline?

No real downsides. It is a little more expensive then other softwares, but it has more features.

What problems is UDA ConstructionOnline solving and how is that benefiting you?

Very effective solution for project managment and monitoring.

El espacio esta reducido por lo cual no te permite tener una gran cantidad de archivos en la plataforma, esa es la unica desventaja que le veo a esta plataforma.

"The most complete software to carry the projects of my business."

What do you like best?

I like this system a lot because through this, I managed to integrate different functions such as sending emails, planning meetings with my team and creating presentations for clients, which facilitates my work and generates well-being among my staff and customer satisfaction.

I am happy, Contruction Online, for its versatility in the platform and it is easier to access important information of the company from any location in order to work and streamline any necessary management, and this creates great progress since as we go for growth we can allow the visualization of the files and share them between departments without the need to use Microsoft Office.

It is also very rewarding to be able to count on the support of your staff as we obtain answers in a timely, effective and efficient way when there is any doubt or problem that may arise with the system.

What do you dislike?

Actually, there is nothing that I do not like, sometimes I needed help with respect to some issues that lacked training, but after having everything was easier, and I managed to do my job in a faster way.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I can definitely recommend this system because it has brought great benefit to my company and a better quality of service to our customers, therefore it has fulfilled an excellent function and has been of great help.

Thanks to construction, online our staff managed to realize the projects for our clients in a shorter time, achieving with its low costs and satisfied clients, since with other programs not having the versatility and security of this, we lost the contacts and valuable information and It was fatal because it greatly delayed the delivery of projects and we got complaints about it, but that was eradicated with this excellent program.

On the other hand, through this system, it is very easy and quick to find the files because it allows you to have different types of important information on a single page and helps us with the organization.

"UDA construction has everything to run my company easily"

What do you like best?

The software has everything to run my construction company, I used to jump from different software en order to create a proposal, upload my contacts, send an email with it, schedule meetings, all these activities are part of any project and suddenly are lost on time. With Construction Online all these activities are related to any project, sometimes I forgot to include them to a project. It helps me to show to my customers the conditions, prices and advance of the project during the execution bringing transparency to the company.

What do you dislike?

There's nothing to dislike, sometimes I need someone to help on the web relations but is something natural, I just not qualified to do everything around. Once I have noticed the administrative aspects of the construction company all I have to do is run this administrative aspects on the software and things will go smooth.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

The construction works has so many areas to consider, administrative and execution, both are related. With construction online the administrative aspects are solve from the proposals to the closure of the contract. Has every aspect of the construction industry involve, includes your own way to make deals, with your game plan.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I'm doing all documentations for a new construction project for Kavac Norte, Garbage Room Project that allows me to present the owners the difference between planning construction and the execution of the construction. Hoping for faster construction methods to finished it on time. The benefits are a simple way of present the project, advance and finish the construction works to the owners.

A great tool in managing teams and clients.

PROS: ConsturctionOnline is a great tool but you can further optimize its performance if you use it complementary to ConstructionSuite. The entire suite of solutions works together to help you implement projects faster, easier, and in a more coherent workflow. For estimating costs, tapping suppliers, and staffing, ConstructionSuite will give you a helping hand. Once this is done, ConstructionOnline does all the work thereafter and with client relationship management services. This is made possible with the client portal which allows clients to view all the information they need about the progress of the project. For this, we provide performance reports which we can present with more organization and more visuals for better appreciation. Apart from better communication with clients, it also improved collaboration internally as top management could just draw up a to-do list that can be downloaded to everyone in the team and for each of us to work on.
