I absolutely love Ucraft

I absolutely love Ucraft! Outside of the ease they give to create your dream website, their customer service is superb! I just finished speaking with Ellen and she helped me with my website - something I could never have done on my own. They have this neat feature where if you give them access to your site, they can fix your problems. I also love their surprise deals, like Halloween promos and one free custom domain. I love Ucraft, you will really love them too!

uCraft makes professional pages possible & masters YOUR craft!

I truly enjoy uCraft. Been site building here since 2021. The ability to customize your site's features goes beyond what any other website builder offers. I have absolutely pushed the limits with my creative content. It doesn't feel like work, in fact it's quite fun. I've been able to iterate without limit, organize my ideas, and build upon my company prototypes and assess engagement. SEO tools are helpful. Staff is knowledgeable and always willing to find efficient solutions to assist any issues that arrive. Prices are also reasonable and it seems their products are ever-evolving, all while the initial products are not being phased out and still accessible and still impressive in their offerings! Much constructive details and instructions are available in help sections and even from the forums from other customers' experiences -once you encounter a fork in the road, you won't be lost for long as the directives are certainly user-friendly and simple to understand. The company is also quite generous with their server space and specialized functionalities. Suits all my purposes. I've been challenged to learn some coding and uCraft has definitely supported my understanding of website innerworkings. I won't go anywhere else :) Happy here.

A 5-Star Journey with Lightning-Fast Website Creation, E-commerce Excellence, and Unmatched Support

I'm giving it a 5-star rating for now, based on my ridiculously fast process of website creation, ecommerce features, reasonable price, and the amazing support I received when I got frustrated with some feature (my fault). They will be super patient walking you through it. Amazing so far.

And should I mention that you can connect your own domain during the trial? That's not something other website builders allow.

What do you like best about Ucraft?

It is totally user-friendly. Anyone can create a website. No experience is necessary. Oh, and the customer service is AMAZING! I have 0 complaints!

What do you dislike about Ucraft?

If I had to have a complaint or dislike, I would say that more options for templates are needed.

What problems is Ucraft solving and how is that benefiting you?

Competitive rates for websites, stores and hosting. Websites can be quite difficult to create and expensive to maintain.

Also, with Ucraft, I am able to create sites for my customers and easily pass them on.

What do you like best about Ucraft?

I love that Ucraft is user-friendly. It's not difficult to learn. All of the tools I need are easy to find and easy to understand. Even when I don't, customer service does!

What do you dislike about Ucraft?

Nothing. The prices are awesome. It's super easy to connect domains. Everything I need for a simple website builder is found in Ucraft. I trust this team!

What problems is Ucraft solving and how is that benefiting you?

I've just solved an issue with receiving errors that the site I created was off line and the site was unsafe. The customer service resolved it in less than 5 min.

"Great People and Great Design Tools"

What do you like best about Ucraft?

It's really easy to use and the design options are really attractive. Great for professionals. Also, the customer service is beyond exceptional. Super fast, positive and talented.

What do you dislike about Ucraft?

Nothing really. There are things here and there that frustrate you while designing. But that's just inevitable - and much less on Ucraft than anything else I've used.

What problems is Ucraft solving and how is that benefiting you?

I've had two problems where I've had to reach out to them. Both related to syncing up my domain with the website. They figured these things out immediately - almost as if they knew my question before I asked it!
